LARGE VILLA BY THE SEA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND PADDLE - DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH



This beautiful villa is situated BY THE SEA, in a privileged place. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, just within an 8 minutes drive from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.



Its excellent location allows you to enjoy FANTASTIC PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. Next, to the house, you will find the stairs that offer you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Few steps separate you from the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving and snorkelling thanks to the richness of its submarine flora and fauna.



This beautiful villa is very spacious, comfortable and luminous, ideal for families with children.

It has a large enclosed pool, a private paddle court, a barbecue area, a playground for kids, a large garden with many trees and parking for 2 cars. At the top of one of the houses, you will find a small solarium terrace, where you will be able to sunbathe and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the sea and of the mountains.



The villa is divided into three independent housings, one with three bedrooms, one with two bedrooms and the third one with one bedroom. Two of the houses have their own kitchens. The three housings, the pool, the gardens and the paddle are part of one and only one property and is rented as it is, that is it won’t be shared with other clients.



The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower. It also owns a large kitchen, Internet access (WIFI) and TV with multilingual satellite. Next to the main house are two large terraces, one with a pool and two shaded areas with hammocks and chairs, the other with a large table and a barbecue.



The second house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One room has a double bed and the other one is very large and has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. In this room, you can easily put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night). One room in this house disposes of a terrace with a table and the other one of a large porch with tables and sofas. This second house has no dining room or kitchen.



The third house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is also the possibility to put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night) This house is located next to the paddle court and the garden and has a terrace with a table.



In total there are 6 rooms and all of them have air conditioning and heating. The main room also has air conditioning/heating and a fireplace with a glass door.

IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

If you want to bring your pets you will have to inform the company of the breed and size in advance.

Mass celebrations are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. It is not allowed to spend the night in the house more people of his capacity.

It is forbidden to smoke and to light candles inside the house.

we have a great vacation !

Location : by the see, by the supermarket, Moraira not far by foot, on the same level the service of your office... great ! one minus point : parking for 3 cars ...only place for two cars close to each other because there stood a large camping van

Breathtaking place!!!

Amazing authentic Spanish villa with Amazing views! From start to finish excellent service from sol habitat. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Even more beautiful in real life! Close to restaurants, local supermarkets and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend this villa for group or family holiday.

Almost everything: -Paddle, basket, football court -Ping Pong table -An extra kitchen to make paella -Barbeque in the garden -Swimming Pool -View -Distance from the sea -Helpful staff (thank You Hector!) -Garden -high level of cleanliness There was an unpleasant smell in one bathroom (probably there is a problem with the drain). This is a small detail though :)

Big House with Big pool at the sea. Greate sea view.

The house was very authentic, spacious and cozy with plenty of seating both inside and out. The house is a little crooked with doors that bind and high toilets but that doesn't matter as it is part of the coziness of the house. Good sunbeds. Big pool. Lights in the pool in the evening. New and bigger beds. That we can get more beds (will of course pay for it). A keybox with a code at the house - with Keys in, so we can directly to the house. Paddel pads og tennisballs in the house.

It's great that there's a paddle court The space in and around the house The location, calm yet close to shops and beach of Moraira Solhabitat service is good The whole house is up for a modernization Mattresses in the main house are very old, you can feel the springs The concrete of the paddle court is full of cracks, net is broken, gate is broken The main gate to the parking is not automatic which is a shame for such a villa A lot of things are broken (lamps, bbq, door handles

Our Big Party Loved ItWe had a lot of fun.

We were a party of 8 adults and 6 children-2 more beds were provided. We liked the overall space, the pool, the beds and bedrooms were fine. Kitchen equipment and BBQ really nice. Speedy response by Police and Solhabitat office within minutes of a break in. Very near restaurants, bars, and shops. Lights, especially outside many not working. CD/DVD player pretty poor. Electricity tended to ´trip´ if washing machine and hairdryer used at the same time.

From start to finish this holiday was fantastic Arriving at the office to collect they keys- Walter was professional, engaging and welcoming he helped us get a taxi to our villa which was a 10min drive away Villa is absolutely stunning, rustic and open Everything you may need plus more Could not recommend the place, location and company enough Will be back next year and will book direct without a doubt. Hassle free and friendly. Nothing We spoke to a great guy who came whilst we were still here. He said they were making some improvements…… please not too much! It’s perfect the way it is!

Vacances familiale

Super séjour la maison est grande climatisée et bien placée. Les enfants petits et garnds (parents aussi) ont pu profiter en excès de la grande piscine. Bord de mer en contre bas de la maison petit chiringuito à côté. Magasins alimentaires non loin et divers restaurants. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L'agence de location était super et très réactive à nos questions et demandes. Alors il faut dire que la maison mériterait un coup de neuf. Le mobilier aussi. Et le nettoyage était fait mais certaines parties de la maison auraient mérité un nettoyage plus approfondie.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes geräumiges Anwesen mit mehreren Terrassen/Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, je nach Sonnenstand und allem was man sonst so braucht. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung (Silikonfugen , Türschloss könnte mal erneuert werden), was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Top Lage, 50m zum Strand, steinig, dafür sehr klares Wasser gut zum schnorcheln und nicht so überlaufen. Top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alle sehr nett. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Mucho espacio para encontrar esos momentos de soledad junto con otros para la convivencia, vistas maravillosas, la piscina y la pista de pádel increíbles, muy cómoda en movilidad, menaje en general suficiente. El servicio de limpieza de piscina y jardín muy bueno, igual que la atención de la agencia Deberían realizar un Check list para confirmar que todo está preparado para la entrada, nos fallaron dos aires acondicionados y el gas para cocinar el segundo día

Maison décevante mais environnement sympa

La maison a besoin d'être remise au goût du jour. Nous n'avons pas du tout retrouvé l'ambiance cosy de l'annonce. Dans la partie principale : - La clim fuit - Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain Le propriétaire devrait penser à investir un peu vu le prix de la location.

Relación calidad precio muy buena. Una casa bonita, con muchos rincones encantadores. Menaje bastante completo. El trato con el responsable de la agencia muy agradable y atento. La ubicación. Un pelín mantenimiento, varias puertas no cerraban bien, algunos inodoros no tragan bien y el olor a cerrado de algunas estancias. La primera casa según entras, austera, sin lamparas en las mesillas, la cortina de ducha mejorable...en general pequeños detalles sin demasiada relevancia (por lo menos para nuestro grupo).

Una semana perfecta,la ubicación es excelente sobre todo para bucear,muy buenas comunicaciones y un supermercado cercano con muy buen surtido. El trato con la agencia muy bueno y la atención excelente. En cuanto al alojamiento correcto sin lujos pero funcional y cómodo. Surgió un problema con los desagües pero se solucionó con rapidez por parte de la agencia. En conjunto no se pueden poner pegas,buena relación calidad precio Almohadas algo incomodas para nuestro gusto. Más tumbonas en relación a la capacidad del alojamiento,ajuar de cocina algo corto.

Lovely Villa for large family

This was a perfect Villa for our large group. 6 adults & 4 children. Plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. Great outside dining and lounging. The Padel court was used daily as was the pool. The Villa is comfortable, well stocked and perfect for our needs. We’ve booked an additional stay already. Our experience with the office and Christine was excellent!

A perfect house that will fit your expectations for your stay in Benissa/Moraria close to the fantas

We relly injoyed the stay in this wonderfull house on the perfect location. The house is fully equipted for af large family and have a lot of editional things such as - Standup pladdlebords, kayak, tabletennis and most of all a paddletenniscourt. The plumming in the main house needs a bit of care. Sometimes there is af faul smell in the house due to a plummingproblem.

de grootte van de villa met vele zit mogelijkheden binnen en buiten op het ruime terrein. het padel veld (hoewel het aan onderhoud toe is) en ping pong tafel. goed ingerichte keuken staat van de elektriciteit is ronduit gevaarlijk. nieuw net op padel veld.

Mucho espacio. Habitaciones amplias. Todo tipo de equipamiento.Muy buenas instalaciones padel,piscina, acceso a la playa, cercanía a supermercado. Modernizar los baños y los electrodomésticos.
