Der Besitzer ist eine sehr nette Person. Das Haus liegt abseits des Trubels, was Privatsphäre und Ruhe bietet. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, die in der Saison leider nötig ist. Das Schwimmbad ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ruhiger Ort zum Erholen!

Biagio und seine Frau haben uns mit regionalem Wein und Gebäck freundlich empfangen. Das Feriendomizil entsprach der Beschreibung. Die überdachte Terasse, der saubere Pool und der Grill sorgen für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub. Zum Meer und in die Stadt sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Die Küche ist groß und es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden, man sollte jedoch für mehr Licht sorgen, da es beim Kochen und Spülen ziemlich dunkel ist. Wir können die Fewo weiter empfehlen. grazie sig. giuseppe per la recenssione non ho visto che la lampada della cucina faceva poca luce perche chi cera prima di voi hanno cambiato la lampada senza avvisarmi ,naturalmente ho già provveduto alla sostituzione. se vorreste ritornare sarò felice di accogliervi un abbraccio da biagio e lucia.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil zum Entspannen

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Woche hier in Apulien. Bagio und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sogar kalte Getränke zur Erfrischung bereit gestellt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Die Kinder hatten Ihre Freude am Pool. Dieser wurde alle 3 Tage vom Besitzer gereinigt. Das Haus liegt nur 1-2km vom Meer entfernt und man erreicht in Kürze sowohl die Steilküste als auch die schönen Sandstrände. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Tutto molto bene

Casa pulita con piscina che da un tocco magico in più. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge stupende del Salento. Biagio e la moglie super gentili e disponibili.

Ottimo d'estate...

Bella casa tipica,con tutte le comodità...purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno ha fatto molto freddo e la casa è prettamente estiva e non attrezzata con caloriferi o pompe di calore, i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa si trova nell'immediata periferia di Corsano che è facilmente raggiungibile, il mare è a un 2/3 km... grazie torneremo sicuramente

We spent a lovely relaxing week at this beautiful house. It was well equipped with everything we needed Biagio and his wife were more than helpful. The property is close enough to many beautiful areas to visit ( you do need a car). We would definitely recommend this properly and would love to go again. Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Biagio. Una settimana in paradiso.

Cosa dire ?! Tutto semplicemente fantastico ! I signori Biagio e Lucia sono delle persone fantastiche ! Ci hanno accolto con calore facendoci sentire veramente come a casa nostra. La villetta è immersa nel verde: un bellissimo giardino con ulivi e piante da frutti, privacy massima tramite l'ingresso con cancello automatico e parcheggio della propria auto nel vialetto esclusivo. La veranda esterna grandissima permette di mangiare fuori in piena comodità...e poi la piscina: SPETTACOLARE...! Ogni 2 giorni il Sig.Biagio viene personalmente a pulire la piscina per offrire ancora più confort agli ospiti. Il grande barbecue permette di fare grigliate di giorno e di sera con la piscina a a fare da sfondo. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io mia moglie ed i miei suoceri e siamo andati via veramente con la "morte nel cuore": non volevamo andare via...! Ma ci siamo ripromessi di tornare in questo posto fantastico, a 5 minuti di auto da Santa Maria di Leuca, per poter trascorrere altri momenti di puro relax in estrema privacy ed anche per salutare il Sig. Biagio e la Sign.ra Lucia: due persone eccezionali...!

La casa è esattamente come mostrato nell'annuncio, pulita ed in una posizione abbastanza comoda per poter raggiungere in auto tutto quello che c'è da vedere. Comodo il bagno esterno per farsi la doccia dopo un bel bagno in piscina (pulita e curata dal signor Biagio anche durante il soggiorno) o dopo aver fatto un barbecue a bordo piscina. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Biagio e Lucia che ci hanno fatti sentire, per una settimana, come se fossimo noi i proprietari della casa. Ho gradito molto la tranquillità data dal fatto di poter parcheggiare l'auto nel viale illuminato e chiuso da cancello automatico. Eravamo in 4 (due coppie) e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, ci torneremmo volentieri.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Vermieter

Wir kamen bereits sehr früh (6uhr) an und Biagio hatte sich bereit erklärt, dass wir unser Gepäck bei ihm zu Hause lassen koz, dass wir den Rest der Familie vom Flughafen Brindisi abholen konnten. Der Pool würde alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb (15 Gehminuten) von Corsano. Ein Spaziergang lohnt sich allemal, besonders zum Cafe Santa Teresa. Zwei kleine Sachen möchten wir gerne anmerken: vielleicht wäre es gut, wenn anstatt 2 Sonnenliegen insgesamt 4 Liegen bereit stehen .Ausserdem wären zeitnah neue Matratzen ganz gut :-) Ansonsten war es dort sehr schön und für Ruheliebhaber genau das Richtige

Perfecto

We would highly recomend this property. Everything we needed. The villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean and peaceful and relaxing. Nothing was to much trouble. All private villa. You do need a car wich was no problem to us. Biagio and his wife were perfect hosts and made sure our stay was wonderful. Looking forward to returning to this gem again in the near future.

La pace dei sensi, tranquillità e riservatezza

Proprietari cordiali e davvero molto disponibili ed ospitali, casa pulita silenziosa e molto riservata. Situata in piena campagna nonostante la vicinanza del mare a circa due minuti di macchina e al piccolo centro cittadino. Posizione strategica per poter visitare le più belle spiagge del Salento sia versante ionico che Adriatico. Tutto ciò che è inserito nel profilo della proprietà è realmente presente. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Villa Balia

We had a beautiful week in the villa it is well presented and very clean and tidy. The owner Biagio and his wife greeted us and were very friendly and helpful. The coast is very beautiful and it is worth driving the coast road visiting the many towns and villages, its worth taking a trip to Gallipali its best to park before the bridge and walk over.
