About this property

At 500 meters from the port of the herbaudière, and 400 m from the beach of Linière, house built in 2016 on one level offering 4 bedrooms and a beautiful living room 35 m2! on 450 m2 of land.

The situation of the house allows you to enjoy on foot the charming port of Herbaudiere which has all the amenities. There are 3 pretty beaches (Linière, Lutins, Luzéronde) less than 10 minutes by bike. The rest of the island is also easily accessible by bike. The house is functional.

Excellent séjour pour profiter de tout à velo

Ns avons apprécié la maison spacieuse lumineuse et la terrasse avec son barbecue. La proximité de la plage le port les commerces fait qu on a pu oublier la voiture. Tt se fait à vélo pour le plus grand plaisir de tte la famille. Le seul bémol étant la résonance de la maison ... très bruyante et du coup un peu dur de s'isoler. Dommage car tt le reste mérite un 10/10. Apprécié également la sympathique propriétaire.

Maison spacieuse et claire, excellent potentiel

La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage de la Linière et du port de l'Herbaudière. Elle est neuve, spacieuse, claire, bien agencée, et très agréable à vivre. L'extérieur n'est pas encore fini et partiellement encore en travaux, mais il ne fait aucun doute qu'il sera également très agréable à vivre une fois fini.

Résidence calme bien située

Maison toute neuve récemment acquise par de charmants propriétaires. Sa situation est idéale avec la proximité du port pour l'ambiance et les commerces et le choix entre les plages de la Liniere ou de Luzeronde. Cette maison est à l'Herbaudière et non à L'Epine.
