7343 Woodside. This cottage is just 3 miles from Lexington Village. The Village has many quaint shops, Live Theater and a wonderful harbor and beach area.
Free Music in the Park every Friday evening throughout the summer months.
This cottage has been remodeled with the family in mind. It has a large living area with a complete 'open concept'. Large dining table, cable TV, DVD and movies. The front French doors lead to a large deck, with seating and umbrella glass entertainment bar.
1st floor Full Bedroom and 1st floor bathroom with tiled shower. Spiral stairs lead to charming 2nd floor loft containing 4 single beds overlooking the entire 1st floor.
Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking and serving needs.
Pets allowed upon owner approval.

Such a beautiful home. Really loved all of the fun decor throughout. Mike really does a great job of making sure you have everything that you need while you’re there. Fenced in yard for the dogs is a great plus. We can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic Retreat

Old school vacation cottage.

A uniquely decorated and old fashion style cottage just a few minutes walk from the beach. I rented it for our annual mom/daughters girls trip and we felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and owners were easy to get in contact with if you have any questions.

Another great stay

This is a cute cottage just a block away from the water in beautiful Lexington Heights. It is the perfect size for our family of 5, with the main room downstairs and the open bunk room upstairs for the kids. We love that our Boston Terrier can join us. We enjoyed swimming, barbequing with friends, relaxing on the front porch, going for runs, and riding around the neighborhood on the golf cart. It's such a beautiful location. Owners are always great! We look forward to staying again on our next Lexington visit.

Cute Cabin

The cabin was very nice and just a short walk to the private beach.The property also had wagons to utilize. The beach was nice and never crowded. We enjoyed spending time outside on the front deck. There was lots of seating and a few toys for our kiddos to use (we also brought our own). All of the neighbors were friendly, along with the owners. Our kids enjoyed the boat loft and are already asking when they can go back! Would stay again!

Summer Vacation

My family of 3 and our dog had an enjoyable vacation at this cottage. The 5 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. The community feel of the neighborhood was great. Lexington has quite a few restaurants, small grocery store, local shops, winery/brewery, etc. All were enjoyable. The cottage is very dog friendly, hardwood floors and fenced in backyard. The loft is kid/teen friendly. Low ceiling, tight fit, narrow spiral staircase. The garage space was great to store our bikes.

Perfect place for a friends gathering!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this cottage while in town for a wedding. We loved the house and its proximity to the lake. We loved how private the lake was - we essentially had the beach to ourselves! The only downside was the heat wave that we experienced. We knew there would be no A/C but didn't realize just how hot it would be at night. Even a small window unit would have gone a long way in the 90 degree heat. Overall we had a great time!

SUCH A CUTE LAKESIDE COTTAGE!

We had the loveliest stay at Michael’s cottage. Initially, we had a bit of trouble getting in (it was our mistake), and the hosts were so responsive and helpful (and patient! Ha!). The place is SO adorable. There were tons of cute little details everywhere. Our kids loved staying up in the fun boathouse loft area. Getting to the lake was super easy and convenient. The subdivision is also really peaceful and pretty! We enjoyed walking along the roads and checking out all of the cottages, homes, and gardens. We would absolutely come to stay in Michael’s cottage again and would recommend it to anyone!

Quiet and relaxing

The whole point of the stay was to relax, especially for my husband and that is what he did. I was looking for a rental that was dog friendly and had a hot tub. I booked from my home computer and under amenities it showed a hot tub available. There is not one. So, we were disappointed. It is dog friendly. The property is located on a very quiet street. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom sink drains slow and the water for the shower was warm not able to get it above that. Also, whoever rents needs to bring their own wash clothes. Mike was friendly and great at being available to us.

I have been bringing the older Lexington Heights cottages back to life for the past 10 years. It has been a joy to see these cottages used to there full potential - once again.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful pine-tree lot. Country setting. Close to water and beach and-- Only 1 hour and change from Detroit and you are 'Up North' and in heaven.

What makes this property unique

Cottage is situated on a small dirt road leading to Lake Huron, which is just a short, 1 block stroll to the beaches of Lexington Heights. These beaches are private to the Association and nearly people free most of the time. Great place for family beach fun.
Golf cart rental can also be provided.
