This semi-detached cottage sits in the village of East Norton near Uppingham in Leicestershire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Stables Cottage is a modern cottage based on a working yard, situated in the small village of East Norton, near Uppingham in Leicestershire. It holds two double bedrooms with a twin on the ground floor, it can sleep up to six people. The cottage has an open plan ground floor with a kitchen, dining room and living area overlooking the incredible scenery that the area has to offer. There is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed paved garden to the rear. With East Norton being home to around 100 people, Stables Cottage is the perfect location for a family break away from the busy city life.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Ground floor under floor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, stair gate. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed paved garden to rear. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Horse riding at the yard and hacking out can be arranged privately with the owners, and can make a great holiday activity for all ages whether experienced rider or beginner. Two well-behaved pets welcome. NOTE: there is a £20 per dog supplement - this is payable directly with the owner on arrival, dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs at any time. NOTE: Check in time for this property is 15:30.
