Passing again through the kitchen and down a hallway you'll enter a spacious living area, offering guests the comfort of a sofa and armchairs, flat-screen HDTV, and beautiful decorative fireplace.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with 4 post, a king-size bed, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit. Completing the main level is a drawing room with tall windows and beautiful paintings, complete with a full size antique pool table.

Upstairs, you'll be pleased to find a second full size kitchen, both remodeled in 2015 and complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In addition, there are three private bedrooms with queen beds on this floor, all of which were renovated in 2015. Completing this level are two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms boasts a full remodel in 2015 and offers a heated floor and beautiful tile work, as you'll see from the pictures.

Outside, walk past the garage to the lakefront where a permanent dock is available. Sit in Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sunset or enjoy sunbathing on the dock. Aurora is pleasingly located at the widest point of any of the finger lakes, with the west side of the lake nearly 3.5 miles away across Cayuga Lake's beautiful blue waters.

When not on the lake enjoying the sun, venture out and experience the area by enjoying the Cayuga Wine Trail, Ithaca, NY, and Cornell University to the south, the Mackenzie Childs Store, Wells College, local State Parks, and area restaurants. 5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
