Location,parking & all the equipment in the apartment we didn´t need to take anything.

Good location

Good location , close to stores and restruants. Car parking was secure and easily accesible. Apartment is across the street from a construction site and close to the hospital ( I.e. lots of sirens at all times day and night). We never found any directions for the washing machine, but eventually figured it out, it does take a long time to wash and dry clothes, but it gets done. Overall, we would go back to apartment, it is clean and in fairly good shape.
