Casa Morella A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Morella A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Morella A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (655 yards) from the borough of Torca, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles).
Casa Morella A is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 17 steps.
To stay at Casa Morella A you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Please note that access to Casa Morella A is along a narrow road. Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
 Patio
You will be able to enter the patio from the living room through a French door. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the small patio through a French door. The room has two small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The room has a small high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer.
