The San Martino House Tourist House in Venice offers a room with a view of the Palazzo Mastelli del Cammello, a destination of excellence.
It is located in a prestigious area of Venice: Madonna dell'Orto.
It is an apartment of 130 square meters, divided into 2 parts each with its private entrance with lock, while the main door is armored.
You will enter a living room where there is a coffee table, a sofa and a mirror console on your left, along the corridor there is the kitchenette. Advancing (the hall is 11 meters) before the window there is the door of your large room of more than 28 square feet, comfortably equipped.
From the windows you can make "tourists in the house", and the reason is that in front you will have one of the most photographed palaces in Venice, a tourist destination. For once you will be "tourists" that observe other tourists that will photograph the palace under the windows of the House Of San Martino.
The view is wonderful on a large canal, with boat passage.
The places are completely restored, furnishings, electrodepositions and everything else is new; you will find comfort as if you were at home.

We are pleased to accomodate you! Come alone or with your family, you can rest here a night or an entire month, for a business trip or a conference, anyhow our residence is the best possible choice in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The room is private (28sqm); The entrance is equipped with a coffee table with 4 seats and a 2-seater sofa, there is a 11 meter corridor leading to your room.
