Superb panoramic sea view on the bay of Almanarre, 5 minutes walk from the coves by private road, in private residence secured.
Villa renovated in 2020, magnificent panoramic sea view, with jacuzzi located in a green and quiet.

The villa has a solarium, two large terrace with sea view. Barbecue installed on the upper terrace and to relax, a jacuzzi is installed on the lower terrace, with a surprising view on Carqueiranne and Pradet.
Air-conditioned and renovated villa is composed of 3 independent rooms, a large living room with American kitchen equipped with an extensible sofa which possibly can acquire two additional places, two bathroom with Italian showers (one with WC) and a WC independent.
Privileged situation close to the village, the coastal trail. Many activities are available in the immediate vicinity: kitesurfing school 5 minutes walk, hiking (the coastal path), SUP, windsurfing, diving. Possibility of access to the beach of Alamanarre (~ 5 min by car), Darboussières beach (~ 15 min walk by the coastal path).

Panoramic view over the bay of Almanarre for this villa located on a secured residence, only 5 minutes walk from breath-taking creeks (via pivate walking path).
The villa is renovated in 2017, has a panoramic sea view towards Carqeiranne and Pradet villages, including sea-view from the hot-tub jacuzzi style (up to 6 persons) located on the terrace inferrior.
This bedroom is equipped with AC and includes 3 bedrooms and a large living room (with sofa bed that can be accomdated 2 extra persons) with american style kitchen, two bathrooms with italian style showers (one bathroom with toillet-downstairs and one independat toillet at the upper level).
The villa is situated near Giens village, and on the way of the Giens penninsula rocky cliff.
A variaty of activities can be practiced within the immediate vicinity of the villa: kitesurf school located 5 minutes walking distance, hiking ('footpath litoral- Giens), SUP (renting place ~ 8 minutes walk towards La Madrague harbor, Windsurf, Diving, Kayaking (has 4 seats kayak is available at the villa: 2 adults and 2 children). Access to iconic Almanarre Beach (~ 5 min driving distance) and the cozy Darbourssiere Beach (15 walk via 'Coastal Path' walking path).

Superbe maison

On a passé une semaine dans cette belle maison. Daniel nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a tout montré. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut. Surtout les deux chambres aux sous-sols étaient très apprécié par les enfants et le jacuzzi par les parents. Mais le meilleur atout est la vue fantastique de toutes les étages sur le bassin.

Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf die Bucht von Almanarre um die Kite- und Windsurfer zu beobachten. In der Umgebung Wander- und Bikemöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit Daniel war sehr gut.

Die Villa ist super schön und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Der Zugang zum Strand ist etwas abenteuerlich, dafür wird man mit super schönen Buchten belohnt. Unbedingt Schnorchel und Taucherbrille mitnehmen. Daniel ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sehr zu emofehlen!

Wunderbares und ruhiges Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick über den Strand von Almanarre

Das Perfekte Objekt für ruhige und erholsame Tage! Die grosse Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick lädt ein zu Sonnenbaden, Erholen und ist perfekt für den Sundowner. Die Küche ist mit allem Erdenklichen perfekt ausgestattet und die Jacuzzi kann es mit jedem Wellnesshotel aufnehmen. Daniel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und jederzeit, falls nötig erreichbar. Vue exceptionnelle pour cette maison très agréable et très bien rennovée. Acceuil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison qui offre une confort de très haut niveau : lits, mobilier, transacs, hamacs ... et en plus jacuzzi ! rien ne manque et tout est d'excellente qualité. L'acceuil et la disponibilté des propriétaires ont également été un atout dans le succès de notre séjour. La vue à 180 deg de la terrasse est magique, celle à 360 deg du solarium également!

Superbe séjour dans les hauteurs de niel

Dans residence au calme dans les hauteurs de giens sur le pic du niel cette maison totalement renovee a une vue de dingue sur la mer et la plage de l'almanarre... et bien au dela. Maison toute équipée et renovee parfaite pour une famille de 5 a 6 personnes. Et le must le jacuzzi avec vue sur mer le soir. Encore merci a Daniel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une adresse sans defaut pour la passionnes de la presqu'ile, des cricks et de la mer.
