There are multiple units in this villa, 3 apartments in total.

The villa is a summer holiday rental in the peaceful area with pine woods around. It is 300 m away from the sea and is situated in the borough of Medulin. It takes 4 km to Pula (6 km to the center) and some historical monuments. The villa is ideal for families and couples. You can find fun, night life, the city, monuments and churches, green market, shopping centers and sport activities in 10 - 20 minutes driving distance, but you will still find peaceful and quiet rest in the villa - the ideal combination. Sea distance 300 m, store distance 100 m, restaurant distance 1,7 km, distance to the center of Pula 6 km, distance to the green market 4 km, hospital distance 6 km, bus station distance 200 m and tourist agency in 1 km distance.

The most beautiful beaches and happenings are in the range from 1 to 10 km, therefore the location is ideal for the ones who prefer peace and quiet, but with possibility to change that within few minutes.

The Vinkuran bay is ideal for the relaxation and long walks by the sea that can result in wonderful sunset photos.... You can take a swim there, even though it is partially a beach and partially marina (see photos).

Please, keep in mind that the villa is a a multi-unit property, and there are 3 apartments (sleeps 2+2 (A3), or 4 (A1), or 6 persons (A2)) in the house. In addition, landlords live in the house.

Additional payments are required for:

registration: 4 euro for a person;
pet: 5 euro/for a pet/for a day;
air conditioning: 5 euro/for a day;

Final cleaning:
At the departure, we will check the apartment together.
We keep our right to charge additional 100 kuna (cca 15 euro) if the apartment is not left clean at the departure as it was found at the arrival.

If you make the reservation for 2 weeks or longer, we will make a home made dinner of local specialties!
It's up to you just to choose do you prefer a vegan, vegetarian, fish or meat?
