THE VILLA EGLE BELPASSO is spacious and bright with a large patio with barbecue and swimming pool overlooking a huge terrace with adjoining garden.
Inside the villa is allowed to park for free even more than a house consists of a spacious kitchen with stone oven where you can cook some good pizzas, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, pile. there are 2 large living rooms one with 2 double sofa beds and a fireplace and the other with 2 large tables. there are 2 bedrooms.
The villa is located in the hills, in Belpasso, exactly in Contrada Palmento Bianco adjacent to the main road and 100 m. from the house there is a beautiful and elegant pizza restaurant called Villa Leocata. The villa has a garden and a very large terrace with a very panoramic view of the gulf on one side and on the other the volcano Etna, there is a parking space. the location is strategic to visit the surroundings and all the foothills such as Nicolosi, Bronte, Zafferana, Randazzo ...
POSSIBILITY OF AIRPORT SHUTTLE AND RENT A CAR
15 minutes from the first historic shopping center called Etnapolis and 1 km from the famous and huge water park and night playground called Etnaland. 1 km from Belpasso is the village of 100 sculptures. 2 km from Nicolosi there is a public swimming pool for a fee. About 20 minutes you will find the Fontana Rossa airport in Catania. From the villa via tangenziale you can visit Catania, Syracuse with its beautiful beaches such as Fontane Bianche, Lido of famous ..., Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Isola Bella
