Overall good place to stay

Location and house are an excellent choice in Znovo. Village is laid back with a couple of very good restaurants. There is a small market and cafe in town as well. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Only drawback is the rental is on the owner's property, so do not expect full privacy. They are not intrusive but do watch the home and are in full view of anytime you are outside the home. That would be a deal breaker for us on our next visit to Korcula. It was as if you rented a room in their house, not what we expected based on the pictures.

minimalistisches kleines Steinhaus

Wir hatten selten so aufmerksame Gastgeber wie in Zrnovo. Die Vermieterin hat uns immer wieder mit Wein und lokalen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt, die sie selbst zubereitet hat und sie kocht und backt wirklich fantastisch! Wie schon in anderen Rezensionen geschrieben, steht das Häuschen nicht wirklich abseits. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr nettes, älteres Ehepaar, die allerdings immer irgendwo präsent sind. Das Häuschen selbst ist eher minimalistisch eingerichtet was aber, wenn man es weiss, vollkommen ok ist. Einziges Manko war das WLAN, dass nur VOR dem Haus funktioniert. Wenn man viele heftige Gewitter- und Regentage hat, so wie wir und daher gezwungen ist, mehr Zeit im Häuschen zu verbringen als im Normalfall, hat man keine Chance es zu nutzen.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, dass Haus ist nicht ganz so ruhig gelegen wie gedacht. WLAN geht nur vor dem Haus, daher kann man es nicht nutzen, wenn das Wetter schlecht ist. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Kleines kroatisches Steinhaus bei netten Leuten. Ohne Abholung war es für uns nicht zu finden. Es ist am Hang ( viele Treppen) auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe . Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und um unser Wohl bemüht. Der Sohn war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Kleines kroatisches Steinhaus

Nach Abholung an der Kreuzung durch Mario, den Sohn der Vermieterin, wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das kleine Haus ist über viele Stufen zu erreichen. Die Lage ist am Hang mit Ausblick. Die Terrasse ist mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Pergola ( Weinreben) ein friedvolles Plätzchen. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit ihrem eigenhergestellten Wein und regionales Leckereien verwöhnt. Für uns waren es ein paar geruhsame Tage bei netten Menschen.

Accommodation is clean, ideal for a couple wanting peace and quiet, although there are beds for 4. Hosts live next door and are very helpful and friendly and brought us several gifts during our short stay. The village itself has one shop close-by which we found sufficient for our stay and was also open long hours. There is one restaurant in walking distance which was also very good. Korcula Town is a few miles away so a car is recommended, although there may have been a bus service. The old town is well worth a visit and has plenty of places to eat.

Wir hatten in dem alten, aus dicken Steinmauern gebauten Häuschen, ein wunderbares Urlaubsquartier. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Besonders schön aber ist die mit Wein überdachte Terrasse, die an heißen Tagen einen wunderbar schattigen Platz bietet. Von hier kann man weit in das grüne Tal sehen, in dem die Kirche Sveti Martin ein schöner Blickfang ist, besonders auch nachts, wenn sie angestrahlt wird. Die Gastgeber, ein sehr liebes älteres Ehepaar, wohnen in einem Haus unterhalb auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Ihre große Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit hat uns sehr gut getan. Der Dorf selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort mit einem kleinen Laden und zwei Gaststätten. Man ist hier fernab vom Trubel der 4 Kilometer entferten Inselhauptstadt, kann jedoch schnell dorthin gelangen. Auch die Strände sind nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen. In 15 bis 20 Minuten ist man in wundrschönen Buchten.

Wir können die Unterkunft in Zrnovo denjenigen sehr empfehlen, die die Traditionen und das Leben in einem Dorf in Kroatien kennenlernen möchten. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Vermieter sind unglaublich gastfreundlich. Die Strände sind nicht direkt vor der Haustür, dafür hat man einen wunderbaren Blick ins Tal. An der Küste und in den anderen/größeren Orten ist man mit dem Auto recht schnell.

We loved the house in a quiet rural location, with...

We loved the house in a quiet rural location, with a fantastic view from the terrace. The house is lovely, well-kept and well-equipped. We espacially enjoyed the terrace covered by vine, which shaded us from the sun durng the whole day. The nicest about the place, however, were kind-hearted hosts, who were friendly and helpful on every occassion. We highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Kényelmes, kellemes, szépen berendezett, tiszta ap...

Kényelmes, kellemes, szépen berendezett, tiszta apartement. Kitűnő ár-érték arány. A szállásadók a szomszédban laknak, és igazi vendéglátóként viselkednek, mindig kedveskednek valami meglepetéssel, mint például egy kis hideg dinnye a hosszú út után, vagy egy kis kóstoló a saját borukból. A háziasszony tüneményes, remekül főz, és az étterminél jóval mérsékeltebb áron csodálatos sokfogásos lakomákat varázsol az asztalra. Felejthetetlen napokat töltöttünk náluk, ezúton is nagyon köszönjük és reméljük, még lesz módunk visszatérni.
