Stari Grad is an excellent direction for holiday, in case you would like to relax. House is in acceptable distance for center and from see also. You can discover really nice places from the house by walk. Good restaurants especially Jurin Podrum (family restaurant in city center). Lucija Apartman is correct, nice and helpful owners, not disturbing at all.
