Recently remodeled large one bedroom condo at Coral Beach.
End unit offers wonderful cross breezes and bright cheerful accommodations. Comfortable sectional sofa with queen size pull-out bed. Dinette seats 4-6.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with full size appliances, breakfast bar with stools open to the living area.
Cable TV, wireless high speed internet, ceiling fans, AC, books, cards and games.
The large bedroom with walk-in closet has a queen bed, ceiling fan and large slider for cool night breezes.
Full bath has been fully renovated with a tile walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. Additional vanity and changing area. Plenty of bath towels, linens and beach towels for your use. Token operated laundry facilities on each floor.
Just step outside to our beautiful beach and oceanfront pool. The Coral Reef Bar & Grille is located poolside and overlooks the ocean. Excellent full lunch and dinner menu (kids menu too!). Watch for weekly specials and entertainment.
Just minutes away from Port Lucaya shopping , restaurants, casino, Count Basie Square and outdoor activities.

We live in New England and after spending many cold and snowy winters there wanted a warm and friendly place to get away to. We found it and are happy to be able to share that with you.
Why they chose this property
After spending many vacations at Coral Beach with family and honeymooning here as well, we knew we loved The Bahamas. The people are warm and welcoming, the pace of life is much more relaxed than at home and the Island and weather are both gorgeous!
What makes this property unique
Coral Beach is close to everything, but private and relaxing. The owners and guests are friendly and inviting. The beach and pool can't be beat!
