Rendkívül jó helyen, kikötő partján van. strandhoz közel, csendes helyen, szép, tiszta apartman, két különálló lakrésszel, 4-5 főnek, akár két családnak is alkalmas. A kikötő közelsége miatt számos étterem, fagylaltozó, piac és bolt könnyű sétával elérhető. Nemcsak Kukljica, de az egész sziget is könnyen bejárható, a szomszédos szigetre híd is vezet, de hajóúttal további kirándulások tehetők.
