Located in the center of Colombare d / Sirmione, on the second and last floor of a small building surrounded by greenery, large two-room apartment of 60 square meters finely renovated and furnished in June 2017, bright, suitable for couples and families who want to spend a holiday full of fun, relaxation, sport, culture, tradition and flavors. Guests will enjoy mosquito nets in all rooms, air conditioning, private (covered) parking space, large balconies, all a stone's throw from the lake

Wonderful stay

Great communication with host, nice and clean property. The Italian made sofa bed was very comfortable for our kids. It was our first time in Sirmione and we wish we had more time to spend there. The apartment is on a higher level and you will need to climb up some steps to get there - so consider this if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Overall we are very happy with our stay, would gladly come back. A+

We booked the apartment for 10 days and we really enjoyed the stay. Located walking distance to pretty much anything you wanted, restaurants, bakery, coffee ice cream shops, supermarket. Parking was not an issue, there was parking spots on the street and a designated garage inside. Apartment was great, clean, well equipped kitchen, two big balconies to sit and enjoy the views. Mateo was a great host and very knowledgeable of things to do in the area. Very pleased and highly recommended!!

Alles war perfekt, ca 100 m zum See , die Wohnung ist Mega mit 2 großen Balkone . Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral aber doch ruhig.Matteo als unser Vermieter war sehr kommunikativ und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen antwortet er sofort . Die Übergabe und Einweisung der Wohnung war ebenfalls perfekt. Ein Highlight war die Tiefgarage wo unser Auto 2 Wochen stand da wir alle Ausflüge und Unternehmungen mit Bus, Bahn und zu Fuß gemacht haben. Ebenfalls ein Highlight ist das jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hat.Es gibt genug Gastronomie sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung alles zu Fuß erreichbar.Vielen Dank an Matteo wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Matteo ist ein aufmerksamer und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist mit ihm ist einfach und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Matteo war stets super. Wenn nötig wurde schnell geholfen. Die Lage der Wohnung fand ich top! Die Ausstattung war okay. Alles war perfekt. Die Lage (100 m zum See, Zentral und doch ruhig), die Unterkunft (sehr gutes Schlafsofa und 2 sehr schöne Balkone) und Matteo als unser Gastgeber (stand bei unserer Ankunft schon vor der Tür und hat uns in alles eingewiesen). Vielen Dank an Matteo!!!

100% Weiterempfehlung

Matteo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Verständigung in Englisch klappt super. Er hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 400 Meter und Gastronomie ist ausreichend vorhanden. Einen guten Bäcker findet sich direkt oben an der Hauptstraße. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben. Ich habe alles mit 5 Sternen bewertet, jeder Abzug von Sternen wäre falsch. Vielen Dank an Matteo, die Kommunikation mit ihm vor Anreise, während des Aufenthaltes und nach der Abreise ist absolut Bemerkenswert. Besser geht es nicht. Klare Empfehlung und das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder. Es war ein schöner, Erholsamer Urlaub ohne Probleme.

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben ,gemütlich ,sauber in einer ruhigen Lage .Nahe am See 5 km zur Altstadt mit ihren historischen Highlights, unterhalb der Burg eine reizende Strandbar mit einem super Service u Trinks sowie Essen.Matteo ist ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Vermieter.Der sich sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Erst einmal ein ganz toller Vermieter. Matteo antwortet sehr schnell und hat tolle Tipps. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, der See ist einfach nur die Strasse herunter. Sehr sehr gutes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und es gibt einen Stellplatz bzw abschliessbare Garage in der Tiefgarage welcher bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war.

Rundum sehr zufrieden

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus, wie sie beschrieben war. Im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa, welches man ausklappen kann und welches Platz für zwei Personen hat. Es gibt je zwei Balkone. Einen vom Wohnzimmer aus und einen von Schlafzimmer und Küche aus. Auch 3 markieren Die Wohnung verfügt über einen,Garagenstellplatz. Zum Strand, zum einkaufen und zum Essen gehen sind es zwischen 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. Also alles sehr zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für den Gardasee und Umgebung

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen an ihn wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung bot viele Möglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars zu besuchen. Vom Nachbarort Peschiera lassen sich auch Ziele wie Venedig und Mailand mit dem Zug gut erreichen. Die ruhige Lage und die direkte Nähe zum Gardasee machen diese Wohnung besonders attraktiv. Nicht zuletzt genießt man bei warmen Temperaturen den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage besonders.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön, zumal ach der Gastgeber Matteo sehr zuvorkommend war und bei allen Fragen, die aufgetreten waren, helfen konnten. Am Anfang war es etwas kühler und da war auch sofort die Heizung angeschaltet. Wir waren mit allen sehr gut versorgt und können das Apartment nur sehr gut weiter empfehlen. In der näheren Umgebung sind Restaurants und auch der See ist um die Ecke

Das war ein super Urlaub. Helles und funktionales Apartment für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Tolle Lage nahe am See und sehr ruhig. Übergabe und Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und professionell. Die Tipps waren sehr hilfreich.
