About this property

New apartment on two levels in an elegant complex with pool in a quiet part of Sirmione, just a few hundred meters from the beach. Spend your holiday in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment (double room with living terrace and lake view, children's bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 daylight bathrooms with shower, bright living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable sofa recess, which can be converted into a full-fledged bed in a jiffy and access to the terrace with outdoor dining area. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms, flat screen TV with satellite TV, dishwasher and hifi system with Bluetooth.
There are 4 bicycles available in the private garage and sun loungers for use at the pool. The pool is open from June to the end of September and represents the heart of the complex.
The apartment is perfectly located to explore the southern Lake Garda area, to be within a few minutes by bike in the lively centres of Sirmione or Peschiera del Garda but at the same time to enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The amusement parks Gardaland or Canevaworld can also be reached in a few minutes by car or bus, which leaves a few hundred metres away.

Een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie appartement Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig Het enige wat wij misten was een wasmachine De garage was perfect Zeker nadat er voordat wij aankwamen een storm met hagel was overgetrokken Het was een hele geruststelling dat de auto veilig stond

Das Apartment bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die Fahrräder und die Einrichtung sind super. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Geschirr, so dass man nicht nur mit spülen beschäftigt ist. Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in diesem Apartment und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina und dem Büro ist unkompliziert, schnell und zuverlässig. Vielen Dank, machen Sie so weiter. Für unsere Aufenthalte wäre es wichtig und gut, wenn es für die Wohnung einen zweiten Schlüssel gibt. Die Region bietet doch so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, dass wir manchmal getrennte Wege gehen und zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten nach Hause kommen.

Gerne wieder...

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig. Es wurde an fast alles gedacht! Die Anlage ist top, sauber und gepflegt. Dir Mitarbeiter im Büro sind super freundlich! Eine Kleinigkeit: eventuell Handtuchservice anbieten oder eine Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu benutzen .
