We had a family reunion with 10 adults and 15 young children and this house was awesome! The sport court was the best I've seen with basketball, pickleball, and volleyball with all the equipment needed. The little kids loved the amazing swingset and playground. We loved eating smores around the firepit. Inside had enough beds for everyone with lots to spare. There was tons of eating area and the cooks really enjoyed the cooking options inside and out. We all loved having some shaved ice. The setting is rural and very peaceful, but also close to town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

Amazing family reunion spot

Had an amazing time. Plenty of space for all family members, plenty of things to do for all ages. Our hosts were more than accomodating and very gracious. We will stay again!!

The Porters were great! Very responsive to requests. They allowed us to come view the property twice before our event. We will really happy with the venue for our family reunion if 50 people.

Great spot for large family reunion!

We loved the space here for our large family (50) reunion. It had lots of fun things to do inside and outside of the home. We enjoyed the large eating area as a place to gather for meals and activities. The two bunk rooms do connect with no door in between so that room didn’t work well as a separate room but all the other rooms had privacy. It will definitely be a place we would choose to book again cause it was such a fun place for our big family.

Great family reunion

The place was big enough for our group of about 25. We had all ages and there was plenty for everyone to do. There are lots of surrounding attractions as well like the Saint Anthony Sandune‘s.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. There are so many amenities to enjoy. We loved our time here. The kids loved the playground, trampoline, giant swing set, pond and sports court. The huge dining room and outdoor patio gives plenty of seating for mealtimes. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

We have obtained more ceiling fans and will install them during the off-season. In the interim we have additional portable fans if needed. Central air was installed after the 2018 summer season. Since mattress comfort is subjective we are gathering input to determine which mattresses need to be replaced.
