About this property

APARTMENT IN CORTINA CENTER

My accommodation is close to restaurants, great views, nightlife and family activities. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the light, the comfort of the bed and the kitchen. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). It also has a basic parking space in the center of Cortina. Available a ski room.
Recently it has been renovated so it has all new appliances. The ampezzano style of the furniture makes it very welcoming and comfortable.
We leave a lot of information for our guests, including: hooks with skimans and ski instructors, skating. Also for the summer, cycling enthusiasts can contact an expert on road and MTB routes, as well as contacts for technical assistance. In my absence, who will take care of the reception, will be available to guests for any information. Available a ski room.
energy costs are separate.
cost of 150 euros per week during the winter (winter and autumn) and 100 euros per week during the summer (summer and spring) In addition there will be a tourist tax (max 10 euros per person, not valid for children under 12 years) requested by the Municipality of Cortina.
If a late check-in is requested, the supplement is 50 euros.
For July and August priority is given to a minimum stay of 5 nights
During the Christmas period and the week of August 15, there may be waiting to find a parking space even if in private access.

Family skiing holiday

Holiday in Cortina

Very good impression overall : ideal location in Cortina, the apartment is vintage but everything is in good order, 5 minutes walk to the coop. If I had just one small criticism is the proximity with the road, with lots of traffic during the day. But you don't pay too much attention to it. Guendalina is a very attentive owner.

Curato e centralissimo appartamento!

L’appartamento e’ una eccellente soluzione per una famiglia che non voglia rinunciare al calore di una casa funzionale e nello stesso tempo avere la piacevolezza di soggiornare in pieno centro. L’appartamento e’ dotato di tutti i confort, perfetta per una famiglia con bambini. Si trova poi in una posizione siamler accedere al paese che agli impianti da sci in particolare Faloria che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Inoltre lo Sky room e’ davvero una grande comodità per chi scia e deve sistemare le proprie attrezzature! Super consigliato! Silvia

Casa accogliente, curata e in centro

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e le mie figlie (13 e 16 anni). La casa ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative e quelle delle mie figlie che autonomamente potevano andare e tornare dal centro essendo la casa a pochi metri dalla piazza largo poste e dal corso. Arredata in stile e molto curata, è piacevole tornarci dopo una giornata di sci! La presenza di un posto auto è stata perfetta considerando la difficoltà di parcheggiare a cortina. La consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci tornerò.

Cortina, annuncio :p8342770 Appartamento delizioso, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di tutti i confort . Un appartamento tenuto con amore a soli 150 mt dalla piazza centrale nell'area pedonale, e 50 mt dalla Funivia Faloria: Posizione IDEALE ! Lo consiglio senz'altro.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa settimana in un appartamento luminoso, pulito e ben arredato, nel quale ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La proprietaria realmente cordiale e tempestiva nella soddisfazione di ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione perfetta, centrale a pochi passi dalle funivie.
