It consists of a bedroom with shower room and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen: hot plate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. There is also a washing machine.
The apartment is crossing, with an east-west orientation. It has two balconies, one, to the east, overlooking a garden, the other, to the west, with a view over the whole city of Nice, the sea and the hills.
Parking is easy on the street.
The apartment has just been redone, so it's like new. The decoration and furnishings are very neat, even luxurious and are typical of a French taste.

Located on the eastern coast of Nice, on the middle corniche, it is easy access to Villefranche sur mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco, Menton, the Italian Riviera, etc. The location is ideal for exploring the French Riviera
