Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der angegebenen Größe und ist für bis zu sechs Personen ausgelegt. Sie entspricht aber nicht mehr komplett den hinterlegten Bildern. Möbel stehen anders oder wurden ausgetauscht, was auch nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings wirken einige Möbel schon sehr verwohnt und haben abgeschlagene Stellen (Tischbeine, Teppiche abgelaufen und abgewohnt), an der Tür zum Bad war noch Zahnpasta vom Vormieter und einige Küchenutensilien waren verschmutzt, nicht vorhanden oder kaputt (sämtliche Griffe an den Pfannen), der Spüler war noch voll und der Grill dreckig (Asche und Zigarettenstummel). Außerdem haben wir das Haus als Nichtraucherhaus gebucht, beim Betreten hat es allerdings sehr stark nach Zigarette gerochen auch das ausgiebige Lüften hat nicht geholfen. Die Treppe nach oben ist leider auch gefährlich, wenn man nicht aufpasst stößt man mit dem Kopf an. Sonst ist es aber eine schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit einer tollen Sonnenterrasse und Außenbereich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich und verständlich.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus dient der Alleinbenutzung und war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, von der aus Sie auf die Terrasse gehen und die Umgebung genießen können. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und groß genug für 6 Personen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der geschlossenen Garage unterstellen. Ein Nachteil war, dass es nur 1 Badezimmer inklusive Toilette gab. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Die überdachte Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ist über den Garten zugänglich. Dies kann für Menschen, die Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen haben, eine Herausforderung sein. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen.

Es wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Ich sehe Spinnweben in den Wohnzimmerfluren. Das Gleiche gilt für die Schlafzimmer oben und unten. Der Laminatboden im Wohnzimmer war schmutzig. Es sieht so aus, als wäre es nur ein wenig mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt worden. Um ungewöhnliche Gerüche zu überdecken, sind im ganzen Haus Duftfallen in Steckdosen angebracht. Die Balkontür war komplett mit schwarzen Fingerabdrücken übersät. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie jemals gereinigt wurden. Es gibt viel Moos auf dem Balkon. Unten auf den Terrassenmöbeln war dicker Staub bedeckt. Kann nicht benutzt werden. Überall im Keller, wo die Waschmaschine steht, tritt Wasser aus. Und wenn Sie die Waschmaschine benutzen möchten, verlangen sie 2 € dafür. Ich schaukele viel im Badezimmer und in der Duschkabine. Es ist nicht normal. Für solchen Dreck zahlt man viel Geld.

Echt een super complete woning, mooi gelegen en zeer vriendelijk!. Zeker een aanrader om terug te komen. Natuurlijk zijn er puntjes die beter kunnen, maar als je een echt Duitse woning wilt huren. En gewoon wilt genieten, ga dan zeker. Gaan wij ook nog een keer doen.
