The house is located on Via Faloria, in a beautiful and large wooden Villa, a few steps from the famous Corso Italia, a pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The main tourist and sports attractions of the town are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the Golf course, the Apollonio Tennis courts and the ski areas, among which the closest is that of Monte Faloria.
The apartment consists of a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV and dining room with wooden table and chairs. From the living room, it is possible to access the panoramic balcony. The kitchen is separate and equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen, you can access a small room with a single bed. The apartment has two other comfortable bedrooms, both double, one of which has a private bathroom with shower cubicle. A second bathroom with shower and a washing machine are available. Wi-Fi connection and a parking space in the external courtyard complete this beautiful property.
