The property was as promised. Great location and very clean.
Only thing that wasn't ideal was that it was very hot in London and they didn't have any fans available. We had to pay extra to get a fan ubered to us and they only had one, which wasn't great for two bedrooms in the summer heat.

Great location
The property was in a great location near the train station and other transportation. The flat was tucked into a nice little loop that made it feel quiet.
At check in they never gave me the flat # and the address that was given wasnt posted anywhere. We had to call ALTIDO to get ahold of the person checking us in and even then they didnt answer the phone. We waited around for awhile before we made contact.
Also, not sure if the UK has a different method for numbering floors but the unit was on the 3rd floor, not the second.
Once in the flat, it is very nice, bright and clean. Beware of the shower, by the time the water heats up you could have at 2 showers. It eventually gets hot so be patient.
Even though there were some glitches, it was a good spot.

Was not clear that this property was on 2nd floor. No lift. Well got the blood moving at the end of the day. All transportation was incredibly easy. Just use google and your trip is planned out for you. Bathroom is a little glitchy floor in hall is warped due to water getting out of the bathroom. Temperature on shower is very touchy. I’m going through the apartment the first day trying to turn on and off lights out water heater and WiFi control of the thermostat was cut off. Company fixed the next day while we were out. Overall very happy with the experience, they do need to fix the floor and just label the switches.

Great property, with some more specific comments about “Sunny 2BR apt in the heart of Vauxhall”
First off, this is a 4.5 out of 5 (9/10) property and very nice, but there were a number of positives and some negatives.
Pleasant surprises include some extra features, like a dishwasher, washing machine (we would have packed differently!) and the property’s ultra-quiet location (20 KM per hour zone in a quiet residential area with no traffic and only a 5-minute walk to busy Vauxhall station). We knew a heat wave was coming and asked for two fans and they were there on arrival. Those fans completely saved us!
Areas/items for improvement include the as-advertised 2 double beds. There is room for queen beds in each bedroom, so not offering queen beds is a big miss for the property. Also, no one mentioned that the adjacent property (outside the bedroom windows) is undergoing a substantial renovation as of late June. It was noisy outside for only two our of our seven mornings, but always after 8AM. The exact apartment address was NOT 40/41 Vauxhall Grove, so that was a bit stressful until we connected with our greeter. Minor issues: the window blinds were very dusty and touch up painting in the unit is overdue in various places and bathroom door. No Tassimo coffee pods were provided.
There are no recycling containers in the unit or any instructions as to what is recycled in London. The low-flow shower means that it takes ~45 seconds for the water temperature to change.
The property could potentially be a solid 5/5, but I give it a final rating of 4/5 (8/10) - good for London!

Excellent logement à Londres à 2 pas du métro
Le logement était conforme aux photos. Il est moderne, cosy et fonctionnel. Il est surtout très bien situé, à 2 pas de la station de métro, de train et de bus Vauxhall, en zone 1: parfait pour se déplacer dans Londres. En plus les supérettes à côté du métro sont pratiques et ouvertes tardivement. Seuls bémols, sont le manque de vaisselle, les lits bruyants, et l'eau chaude en quantité limitée. Mais avec de l'organisation, on s'arrange. Pas de quoi gâcher le séjour. En tout cas nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
