Set on a private 1,000 sq m grassy plot overlooking the sea, this one-of-a-kind 35 sq m wooden home has been built from scratch by the owners with passion and care.

Every piece of furniture is custom-designed and handcrafted by our family using reclaimed materials, giving each corner of the space its own character and story.
The open-plan interior combines a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sleeping space with a queen-size latex anatomical mattress, ideal for two guests.

From both inside the house and the garden, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Kaminia Beach, the Ionian Sea, and the island of Zakynthos on the horizon.

Step outside and experience true outdoor living: relax on sun loungers, dine under the trees, or unwind in the open-air gazebo with panoramic sea views. For a truly special experience, you can also rest in the handcrafted four-poster bed set in the garden, shaded by large trees, a unique spot to relax and connect with nature, or even sleep under the stars.

Enhancing this connection with nature, the property also features a refreshing outdoor shower in the garden, perfect for enjoying the landscape in total privacy, while a fully equipped indoor bathroom ensures all modern comfort.

The special wood house

We spend 15 special days in the wood house. Thanks to Panos and Mario for everything. Privacy, wonderful wiew, barbecue and relax made our holiday perfect. Hope to come back again in the future. Saveria and Giancarlo

Super nice location, beautiful view, everything what you need

Had a great stay. Loved the view, the garden, the overall location as well as garden equipment. Checkin process was easy (owner was 100% flexible and adapted to delayed flight). Overall communication and recommendations of owner were also great and super responsive. A couple of remarks: Online listing was a bit confusing for us as it said living room and bed room. In fact it is one room that is smaller than 35 m2. Probably 30m2 overall. If you stay longer be aware that there is almost no storage space for clothes (so we lived out of the suitcase for 8 days). And there is no washing machine. Laundry costs 15€ per (small) plastic bag. Garden chairs and Co are great. However the mattresses are stored on a upper level in the small house and it is a huge effort to get them Out. So we actually never used the wonderful garden beds. Be aware that there is a street just next to the house with pretty frequent traffic. Not super noisy but northern very calm.

Dear Christiane, thank you for your kind words on the overall location, view of our house, as well as our communication. In the description of the house, it is articulated clearly that the house is an open-plan space (non-divided walls), and it is also something that can be seen in the photos too. The house is indeed 35m2 (as per the permit and floor plans of the property). Additionally, the house can fit two people comfortably. To be frank, you were the one who requested in our communication to arrive at the house with your partner and your infant, which I firstly refused, but ultimately decided to say yes, out of hospitality's sake. The house is equipped with two big closets with hangers and shelves, empty for two-guests to use. The washing machine is not in the amenities description anyway. That is something you admitted to overseeing while booking our house. I then reached out to the professional laundry place that washes the linens, and kindly asked to make an exception with your personal clothes, with 15 euro cost. I was happy to assist in you and your family having clean clothes. Also, the mattresses had to be stored on the upper level, due to rainy weather they could not remain outside. If you had communicated this to me, I would be happy to send someone and help you move them, as I had done to past guests. Finally, for most guests the house is a convenient location, not too secluded but calm, that facilitates peace and exploration. Either way, thank you for your stay
