This is the place for you.
The apartment is located only 2.5 km. from the Siena's historical center, has a large living room with kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and a characteristic double bedroom. A total of 75 squared meters at your disposal.
Original medieval arches and bricks, after an accurate restoration, are now present and available to be admired.
A 32 'wide flat screen LED TV with satellite channels, free wifi, free parking, garden and our amazing country are at our guests' disposal.
A large garden with seating locations where you can enjoy free wifi and park your car safely. The apartment is overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The medieval towns surrounding Siena are easy to reach. Convenient minibuses let you reach the heart of Siena in 5-10 minutes: the bus stop is only 50 meters away.

Included in the rate: linen, towels, weekly cleanings.
Not included: city-tax (2 euros per person per day).

Close to grocery stores, newspapers, car rentals, tobacconist, patisserie and pizzeria. One kilometer far from shopping center.

Unique, spacious room. Great location.

Just outside of Siena, short walk to a shuttle bus that took us quickly to the heart of town. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great local knowledge and suggestions. The room was large with a perfect Tuscan, country feel.

The property was interesting and a bit quirky, but large and comfortable. Our host pointed us in the right direction for restaurants as well as local buses and sitesto see in the city of Santa.

Fantastic apartment in Siena

The hosts, mother and son, made sure to be there when we checked in and were fantastic. They explained all the amenities, places to go and even what buses to take to the historic district of Siena (the Castle). They also explained the History of the apartment which is located in a historical building dated back to 1200 and used until 1700 as a prison where prisoners had to spend just one night, before being hanged on the Cassia. The view from the front door is breathtaking and show the beauty of the Tuscany region. Just a short drive there are some beautiful castles, great wineries and vineyards as well as olive oil producers. Overall it was a fantastic stay and the apartment was perfect to relax and enjoy the night after an adventurous day driving all over Tuscany. Grazie Daniele e Lorenzo per aver reso grande il nostro stato.

Just what we wanted!

My husband and I were traveling to Rome, Florence and Venice. We wanted a place in Tuscany to have a little break from the cities and this was just perfect! Siena was perfect for a quick stop in between Florence and Rome. The apartment had all the old world charm of a Tuscan farmhouse - actually 500 years old! We walked down the street to get some take out food so we could enjoy the ambiance. Daniela was delightful as a host. She and her son greeted us when we arrived and carefully explained everything we needed to know about the apartment, the area and how to get into the center of Siena for sightseeing. The area and the apartment are so beautiful we only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Tuscany. Robin and Fred

Daniela et Lorenzo sont des hôtes attentionnés et discrets à la fois. L'emplacement permet de bénéficier de la campagne toscane et de la proximité du centre ville de Sienne via le bus qui assure une desserte très régulière. Un logement atypique qui tient toutes ses promesses.

Wonderful experience and excellent place

It was my first time in Siena to see the famous Palio horserace. This family-run B & B is a gorgeous place just outside the ancient walls of Siena (easily reachable either by car or bus in ten minutes) with a heart taking view on tuscany hills. The owner, Daniela, is very kind and helpful. The rooms are well furnished, nicely decorated and very clean. Wi-fi available 24/24. You can have a delicious breakfast with typical and traditional cakes of the area in a cafè at two minutes walk distance. If You happen to be in Siena and you look for a reasonably cheap accomodation, this is the very best! .
