Renovated in 2017, this apartment has a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining space with a large bay window overlooking breathtaking sea and beach views. It has its own patio at the front of the house to relax and enjoy the view. The master bedroom with a king size bed has an ensuite with a large walk-in shower. There is another king bedroom with a seaview and a third double room arranged as a twin. There is also a contemporary family bathroom. There is private off-road parking for two cars. Wifi is included and there are SMART televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. There is also a BOSE speaker in the living room.

Spent a week in this breathtaking apartment, gorgeous views from the bay window, sandy beach on your doorstep, short walk to the town and train station should you wish to travel further a field for the day. From a welcome hamper to a very well equipped house, we couldnt ask for more. Owner was extremely helpful with any questions and enquiries we had. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in St Ives. Thank you for a lovely stay

Thank you for a quality, well prepared holiday rental in a great location. Super view of the sea and surfers, close to the centre of St Ives harbour and the south west coastal walk. The property is renovated and presented to a high standard and all equipment including a BBQ is provided. My wife and I were very impressed with this property and its location especially for her painting course at the St Ives painting school (3 to 4 minute walk). Small local shops close by and the best beach bar with quality food and a view to go with it (Porthmeor beach cafe). Great holiday, we will be back again to St Ives and will look at this property as the first pption.
