Things to know:

- The twin bedroom in the lower house has a sliding door to separate it from the living area
- There are 3 cats that live on the property grounds but do not go inside the house.
- Although the villa is a 15-minute stroll to the entrance of Pollensa and a further 10 minutes to the main square, we recommend a car for small errands and trips to the local beaches

On the pool level, you'll find a separate villa apartment with a living and dining area, a small kitchen, and two more bedrooms with bathrooms. This setup offers even more flexibility and privacy for larger groups or families traveling together.

Both levels of the villa offer stunning outdoor views. If you love dining outdoors, La Coma has you covered with beautiful dining and lounging areas, plus sunny terraces. Shaded spots are available when you need a break from the sun.
