About this property

This lovely rural villa set between Sencelles and costix near to Inca. Lovely quiet location ideal for relaxing, with all amenities in the nearby villages. The swimming pool is 10.30m x 5msq with depths of 2.10 - 1.10 entry via two ladders. There are sun beds and umbrellas available by the side of the pool. There are also lots of places with natural shade within the grounds of the villa. Outside dining and BBQ area. With patio doors leading to the kitchen area. There are 2 hidden picnic tables and chairs in the garden .
As you enter the property you arrive in the lounge area with a sofa bed, chairs with A/C and Satellite tv, wi fi and a log fire for those cooler months this then leads to the fully furnished kitchen with dining facilities and patio doors leading to the outside dining area. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor consisting of a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom (150)with A/C and fully fitted wardrobes with views of the garden/pool area and surrounding woodland.
Twin bedroom with two individual beds (90) a/c and wardrobes again with views of the garden/pool area and surrounding woodland.
Twin bedroom cabin beds(90) this bedroom has the access to the roof terrace. (which is locked with a key) with a free standing wardrobe and views of the garden/pool area and views of the nearby villages and mountain area. The roof terrace is 85m2

Die Finca ist sehr schön auch die Lage ist Optimal.Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett gewesen und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Mallorca.Immer wieder gern.

Schöne Finca, tolle Vermieter!

Wir wurden von Antonia und Carlos herzlich empfangen und bekamen gleich am Anfang gute Tipps und viele gute Informationen. Die Vermieter sind sehr darauf bedacht, die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu respektieren. Sie sind sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zu bedenken ist nur, dass in der Ferienzeit sehr reger Flugverkehr herrscht, was wir aber vorher wussten. Wir können die Vermieter und die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank an Antonia und Carlos für alles und die angenehme Zeit!

Traumurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern dort. Die gepflegte Finca mit traumhaftem Pool befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen Senselles und Costrix. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Villa Alzina, Top-Empfehlung

Wir ( 2 Erw. & 1 Kind )waren von der Finca sehr begeistert. Carlos und Antonia haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren sehr schnell in der Kommunikation, falls es Fragen gab. Es war sehr sauber und alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. Für uns war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, ob’s der Pool oder der BBQ- Bereich war, wir waren rundum glücklich. Das Haus ist so ausgestattet das man sich wirklich wie Zuhause fühlen kann. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, deutsches Fernsehen ( Stichwort EM 2021) 😀, alles ist da! Die Finca liegt idyllisch auf dem Land. Es war ruhig und total entspannend. Wie es im Süden üblich ist gibt es natürlich auch Insekten. Das Haus hat an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze und am besten hält man die Aussentüren verschlossen, dann ist das eigentlich ganz gut auszuhalten. Das Haus hat Klimaanlage, wir haben sie aber nur kurz zum einschlafen kurz im Schlafzimmer eingeschaltet. Ansonsten ist es im Erdgeschoss auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm. Wir hatten jeden Tag 30C+ und das war kein Problem. Ich kann das Haus / Finca nur empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Calos und Antonia, die uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und zur Umgebung gegeben haben. Am letzen Abend wurden noch mit mallorquinischen Gebäck und Prosecco überrascht und verabschiedet. Viele Grüße, Sven, Jee und Lucas

Fantàstic

Gran estada a Villa Alzina. La casa és àmplia i molt còmode, ben equipada amb tot el necessari, cuina, habitacions, banys i rentadora. El jardí és molt gran, amb arbres fruiters, barbacoa i una piscina molt ben cuidada. Els hostes van ser molt amables, atents i pendents de què necessitéssim res. És fàcil darribar i està a 10 minuts d'Inca. Vam estar molt a gust. La recomano totalment.
