Minimalist design in a hotel restored by architects in a private flat, in a neoclassic style building, situated in the hearth of the Gothic quarter, closed to the cathedral in the old center of Barcelona. Lodging with private bathroom, kitchenette, dinning a private studio-apartment. Free Wifi.
Common area only available in short stay. For long stay rentals we rent only the suite-studio.
No friends or admited visits, only renters are admited. Please, respect the other guests and neighbors.

Fabulous Barcelona

The unit we rented for a month was centrally located on Via Laietana and a block away from the Cathedral , the Palace of Catalan Music and close to the Born. Great museums and dining options. Buses across the street as well as the metro and taxi stands so close.Our flat was clean, comfortable and so quiet. We loved being there and it felt like home. Large shower with lots of hot water! Olga was a delightful hostess and welcomed us warmly. We hope to return !

Exactly as advertised

Great part of the city to stay in, walking distance to everything around the city center. My only complaints would be the shower flow was a lot less water than I'm used to at home and even with the AC and especially with out it, it would be nice if there was a fan in the room.. I bought a small USB powered one and it helped a ton with the very muggy Sept '22 summer.

Pleasant staying!

I've spent a full month in this studio and it's been a pleasant staying. It's a quite place far from the street and car noise. The studio is full independent but is in a shared apartment so don't turn the TV set volume too loud as the other guests would be annoyed. Everyone respected the silence rule. The TV set it's newer than the photo in the announcenent which also did not mention a great multi functional microwave with crisp plate very classy and useful! Just round the corner there is a big Carrefour market with decent prices. You will be staying in one of the most beautiful and convenient barrios of the town: the "barrio gotico", what else should you need? I will certainly try to book it again when back in Barcelona.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento muy tranquilo.

He estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento, Olga la encargada del piso es estupenda. El apartamento es cómodo y funcional.Es interior con lo que no tiene mucha luz ya que tiene 2 ventanas sólo en un lado del apartamento pero por otro lado es muy tranquilo aún estando en una calle muy principal.

Quiet apartment but near the bustle

Olga is a wonderful host. She provided a great tour of the nearby attractions, and was available for any question. The apartment is quiet and well lit, but take the lift to the ground floor and you will be in the heart of Barcelona.
