Mountain view villa !!!
This villa is 160sqm with big sunny terrace and balcony with mountain view on the hill of Volada village!! Two bedrooms two bathrooms a big living room with sofas and dining table a complete kitchen and a smaller living room!!! It could sleep7 people!!At the property, there is a garden and there is free parking in the area!!!! It was built at the end of 80sbut it has been renovated since then, a couple times!
It is 7km away from the main city in Karpathos island and about 8km from the northeast beaches of "Kyra Panagia" and "Apella".Is very convenient to someone that wants to tour the Island.The area is very quiet.There are mostly vacation houses around!!!At the village there is a coffee place with a wonderful view the "Yamas" there are two tavernas "papoutsakis" and "klimataria".There is a mini market and a bigger one at the next village "Othos".

This property is all the love that I have for the mountains of my land.As a former hunter, i walked all the mountains inch by inch and down the hill to the virgin beaches jumping off the rocks into the waters!!!!At this property, you are at the center of the island, up the hill, with the privilege to reach every side of the island easily!!The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the terrace is nice to realax and enjoy the view at night!!!You will love it if you love nature!!
