Superb Villa in a sought after location in popular Balaia Golf Villa

Villa 336 is a fully furnished 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom villa with its own private garden situated just 12 metres form one of Balaia Golf village's 6 outdoor swimming pools.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and its own private terrace. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, plus a put up bed if needed and fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, blender and smoothie maker. We also always ensure the essentials are available such as washing up liquid, cleaning equipment, cloths, salt and pepper etc.

The light and airy lounge includes a dining area, sofa and chairs, satellite tv, DVD and video player. There are double door leading to a large terrace with outside dining table and chairs and an overhead shade. The lounge terrace leads directly to the swimming pool.

The villa also incudes a washing machine, high chair, booster seat, hairdryer, travel cot, parasols, sunbeds and beach towels.

Fantastic property and location

We have stayed at this village a number of times, and this property has to be the best in terms of location and layout. The host was a drram to deal with and made us very welcome.

Nice accommodation

The communication with Nette was great. The checkin was very easy. The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We loved the bathtub and the big garden with a lot of gardenfurniture.

Balaia Golf Village in November

The villa is a nice sized three bedroom ground floor with a good sized garden area, set in a location that is not far from all that Balaia has to offer . It is well equipped with all necessary items and plenty of extras. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of TV channels, if needed. We would stay again in the future.

Perfect stay

We stayed for a week in the villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is fully equipped, everything you need is there. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the supermarket and also the beach. And with the car it's easy to drive to Lagos/Sagres or Tavira. Beautiful places! The host Nette is very easy to contact and responded promptly. We had a little problem with the fridge door and it was fixed immediately. Thanks for a great stay.

Winter Stay at Balaia Golf Village

My husband and I really enjoyed the golf course and the proximity of the Maria Luisa Beach. Our 4-year old granddaughter had fun at the small indoor pool and at the playground. Winter visitors should be aware that the only restaurant opened is most of the time at the golf course and that swimming is limited to the indoor pool. One major issue was the dampness in the villa and a serious mould problem in all the bedrooms.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed for a week at the property as a family of 6 and we had the most wonderful time. The property was clean and fully stocked with all you could need - plenty of towels, books, games, tennis racquets, even a selection of hats! The rooms were a good size and the beds were so comfy. The outdoor space was fantastic. Sitting out in the back door, just a few steps from the pool and pool bar, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The area around the golf village was also lovely. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and easy enough to get taxis to and from Albufeira. Nette the host was easy to contact with any queries and always responded promptly. All in all, a fantastic stay from start to finish! Thank you!

Stunning Villa

Our first stay at Balaia Golf in the Algarve. We loved it. The villa is amazing, as discribed by the owner. Air con in all three bedrooms which was a good thing has the tempeture was in the high 30's when we were there early September. One of the six pools onsite is just a stones through away from the villa which for us was great,. We could either sit around the pool or outside the villa and still have a view of the swimming pool. My two teenage sons played golf at Balaia, they loved it. Fabulous Beach nearby with-in walking distance. We decided not to rent a car and found public transportation taxi and buses to be convenient and reasonable priced. Balaia Golf grounds and pools immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. All I can say is that my family and I had a great vacation and the villa lived up to expectations. Would definitely book this villa again if we were to return to Balaia Golf.

Wonderful!

We have just enjoyed a glorious few days in Nette’s beautiful villa. From booking, to check-in, and any questions we had during our stay, Nette was a super host. The villa is the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in! You name it - it’s there; toiletries, condiments that you normally spend a fortune on when you first arrive, golf clubs, towels, books and much much more! I think it’s probably located in the best location in the village too! Balaia golf village itself is beautiful, with several pools to try out. The cafe bar at the pool immediately next to the villa was closed for a refurb while we were there so there was a bit of building noise but it all reopened the day we left (typically!). My husband made excellent use of the golf clubs which are in the villa and managed to play 4 rounds of golf on the Balaia course. Hiring clubs would have cost him a small fortune so we are very thankful that Nette allowed us to use the set she has in the villa. We hired a car to get around - the centre of Olhos D’Agua was a bit further than we had anticipated so was so much easier to drive and there is parking immediately outside the villa. All in all, we had a fantastic week and will definitely return in the future!

A home away from home

I loved this place. It looks like it does in the pictures. Slightly dated, but not shabby. Typically Portuguese. It’s huge, has its own little garden, and 4, yes 4 terraces. My 9 yr old had her own bedroom with a bed for herself and one for her teddy’s. She also had her own terrace and toy boxes in the room with toys. Our teenagers had a large room with their own en-suite and a door that meant they could shut us out at night haha. Before we came I messaged Nette a few times to ask if there were items like an iron, or a hairdryer. She was very communicative, and also patient with me, answering yes everytime. What I’m telling you is, don’t ask these questions. This place has EVERYTHING. After years of renting this place I can only surmise, that unlike other hosts who probably take and keep anything left behind by previous renters, Nette definitely does not do this. We had plenty of washing machine detergent, plenty of dishwasher tablets. Cleaning fluids, sun tan lotion, shampoo, you name it. There’s even a fully stocked drinks cabinet!! We loved that, but as we don’t drink we left it still fully stocked. But at meal times we did love to drop the door of it and stand our sodas, waters and iced tea bottles in there.We didn’t use the TV box, as we always take our own fire stick. However, I realised on tnf last day that the TV has loads of channels, and I’d missed the opportunity to watch the Man United game, and the snooker!! I want to go back already!

Villa très confortable, spacieuse. Nous étions 3 couples pendant une semaine et cette villa est très bien équipée en chaises extérieures, transats…Les chambres sont spacieuses, le seul petit hic est le manque de rangements des vêtements, à part si on voyage très léger, ce qui n’était pas notre cas ! Bien placée avec un grand jardin, cette villa donne sur la piscine et un restaurant snack délicieux. Séjour super. Merci Nette.

Unfortunately it seems that there had been a leak on the roof and although maintenance were aware and have now fixed the leak it sounds like there might have still been a problem on the ceiling which has now been treated and repainted. The ant issue is unfortunate, it does happen sometimes, if you had let men know I would have asked maintenance to resolve the issue straight away for you. However, I am truly sorry that the villa did not live up to your expectations as I always to try to provide the best holiday experience possible for my guests and will always resolve any issues straight away. Séjour très agréable

Notre séjour a été merveilleux. Le logement est très pratique. On a tout de disponible que cela soit les produits d'entretien aux ustensiles sans parler des affaires de plage .... Le logement est propre tout comme le linge de lit ou les serviettes.. La résidence est magnifique tout comme la piscine qui est en face. Si nous revenons un jour en Algarve nous reviendrons dans ce logement.
