With 5 incredible balconies overlooking Gaudí's masterpiece, Casa Batlló, whether you are in the living room or lounging in your room, you will be able to enjoy stunning views of this property.THE SPACE:This 250 m2 apartment has all the facilities and comforts you need during your stay. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona, right in the luxury Passeig de Gracia! Specially designed for families and business groups, looking for a place to relax.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 13 people distributed in 6 bedrooms:

4 Full bathrooms with shower and WCKITCHEN:You will find everything you need to prepare a quick meal in the fully-equipped open kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, big freezer/fridge with the ice-cube machine and cold-water dispenser, washing machine and dryer.LIVING ROOM:The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table where you can have dinner all together. You will love the comfy chairs and having a meal with amazing views thanks to the big windows facing the Passeig de Gràcia. There are nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV. There is also a decorative fireplace, it is not for use, but for sure adds some charm to this room. Wood flooring and the abundance of natural light add charm to the room.

Lovely holiday!

Our large family group of 10 stayed for almost 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in the heart of Barcelona. Ages ranged from 77-16. The apartment was clean and bright and accommodated all of our needs. During a massive heatwave, the aircon needed to be adjusted and the manager was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. Overall we had a fabulous trip and would love to stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Barcelona. The location was perfection as we looked down onto the Christmas decorated streets. Walking distance to just about everything! You can have it all in Barcelona

It was perfect for our stay in Barcelona, in the middle of everything. It's close to two of the Gaudi houses, one of which you can see from the window and walking distance to the Rambla. Transportation is easy with a metro stop and many taxis around. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous location, fun house for your family group

The house was in a great location, just across the road one block from the Goudí Batlló house. Walking distance to many main downtown attractions. The vase of Red and Pink roses was a very nice touch. The place was very clean, and David was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location

We were in the heart of the city and the apartment accommodated 12 of us comfortably. We had a problem w/ hot water and the property manager sent someone out at 10:00 pm to make it right. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee and pastries nearby. It was a wonderful Barcelona experience!!

Wonderful stay we were getting worried about the place being smaller than what the pictures shown because of the amazing location right in the city but it was bigger than expected. A lot of room and the bedrooms were wonderful a lot of nice natural light. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though the people in the building are not very welcoming.

Our large, multigenerational family enjoyed our vacation in the spacious Paseo de Gràcia. The views from the multiple balconies were amazing, and the sounds emanating from the street below really added to the ambiance. The proximity of the supermarket and a fabulous bakery right next door, plus a gelato shop a short distance down the street, made life easy. We would stay here again even though the apartment is about ready for a refresh. Additional towels per person and better bed pillows would have made our stay perfect. We highly recommend this unit.

INCREDIBLE Home and Location!

This is THE BEST VRBO we have ever booked. We were greeted upon arrival, walked through the property, all questions answered, and welcomed to Barcelona. We were traveling with two families and 9 children in our group. The layout was perfect - room for everyone, great kitchen, comfy beds, and comfy sitting area. The location is incredible. The multiple balconies look at Gaudi’s Casa Batlló. Breathtaking. It’s a block from Passeig de Grasia train and metro stop. So convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this huge, bright and beautiful apartment. It is located on Paseo de Gracia, which is an amazing place, so we were very central and close to everything. We had wonderful views of Gaudi's Casa Batlló! The apartment is fully equipped and we were provided with we needed! The bedrooms are large, well-designed and have big windows. This apartment is just amazing and H2O were always ready to help, suggesting lots of must-see places. Check-in was without any problems. I would recommend it to everyone!

Perfect area

We are frequent travelers and this property is in the perfect area of Barcelona in a luxury building. Huge apartment with enough space for our family and nanny. Do know what you are getting. This is a VRBO not a hotel. I think sometimes people have unrealistic expectations. So it was a clean, huge apartment , with all the amenities in a perfect location. Excellent price! Wonderful check in.

AMAZING PLACE! The apartment is huge, it has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Certainly the best place to stay for big groups. The interior is great, it makes you feel at home - very cozy. The apartment is fully equipped so you do not have to worry about anything. We were cooking at home and the kitchen had everything you could wish for - we loved the big dining table. Location - I really don't know if you can find a better place in Barcelona, the apartment is located on the most beautiful street, Paseo de Gracia. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is quiet inside. The host was always there for us and made our stay unforgettable! Only good memories of this place!

Exquisite apartment in a sublime location

This apartment is PERFECT a for a large group, and in such a perfect location. Three friends and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely and well appointed home for five days and were treated to glorious views of Casa Battlo. The location cannot be beat for so many reasons- we felt completely comfortable venturing out at night. And while the streets were teaming with activity, noise and people, all one needed to do was shut the patio doors and it became a tranquil oasis! It really was the best of both worlds. Communication and check in was effortless! The only minor suggestion or room for improvement wouid be that some of the rooms could benefit from a quick paint touch up, but other than that it really was a perfect place for our group while we were there. You won’t be disappointed!

If you want to be in the thick of the shopping district with a million dollar view of Gaudi's House of Bones this is the spot for you, especially if you have a large group. There were six of us (three couples) and there was plenty of room to spare. Leaving one of the many balconies to visit the rest of the town was hard because it was just such a great place to be. The pictures do not do the views justice. The hosting team were professional and very accommodating. We had a few special needs and they were very good about making things work for us. One example of this was when one of us fell ill and needed to check-in early. They allowed her to be in bed while the cleaners worked- who was fabulous btw. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher which is a handy bonus. It's truly a place to center your stay around. Great for large groups, great for views, and great value.

Best Location in Barcelona!

Large, lovely, and light-filled apartment located on the Passeig de Gracia. This apartment is at ground zero of the major shopping district, about halfway between the Plaza Catalunya and Avenida Diagonal. It is close enough to walk to numerous restaurants and neighborhoods, and is within 150 meters of a large metro station with access to multiple lines. The apartment is nicely furnished and well-appointed. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we enjoyed a dinner with some friends using delicious seafood, meat, and vegetables purchased at the Boqueria Market. It is a little short on counter space, but very well-equipped for a rental kitchen. The neighborhood is very safe, and the building is quite secure, with a locked outer door and access to the apartment via elevator. There is a doorman present during the week. The only suggestion i can offer is that the linens and pillows were not up to the standard of the rest of the property, and would benefit from an upgrade. We loved this property and have already referred some family members and a neighbor to book here. We would definitely stay here again.
