Absolute beechfront, 13 beds, private pool

The house is located directly on the beach with its own pool!
It is located in a fishing village called Huay Yang, 30 miles south of Bangkok, 12 miles south of Hua Hin.
Huay Yang is a place where you relax in a quiet environment without any stress whatsoever. The location is phenomenal with the kilometer long sandy beach right at the house.

The house is large and spacious (approx. 180 m2) and can accommodate 2-3 families.
It has 3 large bedrooms and a small bedroom with private bathroom in each.
All bedrooms have both separate AC and ceiling fans.
There are a total of 13 beds.

The house has large patios in two directions and a large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining area for 18-20 people, sun loungers and sofa group.
On the roof terrace one can easily find peace of mind with the mountains towards Burma on one side and the Thai bay on the other.
There is a washer and dryer, we have a laptop on site that you have access to during your stay, there is also WI-FI, HTPC and plasma TV, smart TV, with surround system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Since we often have families with children visiting, there are all accessories
ear to the little ones, crib, stair gates, recliner, high chair, m. m and toys!
The rent includes bed linen, bath towels and towels.

The cost of electricity is increased by about SEK 250 / week (depending on consumption). Maid service is included once a week.
The area in which the house is located has 24-hour security and English-speaking staff at hand if you have any thoughts on anything.

There is a large communal pool for the 10 houses which also has a shallower children's section. There is also a smaller community gym.

Huay Yang has many masseurs, hairdressers and some 30 restaurants.
There are also pharmacies, travel agencies, small shops, golf ranges and bicycle and moped rental.

We recommend that you rent a 3-wheeled mop with side sofa where you in a cozy way get around 3-4 people to the various restaurants etc. that are available (we are happy to help pre-book a mop for you, so that it stands and waiting at the house when you arrive). We also have such a mop to rent.

The Swedish school has a branch in Huay Yang.

Golf trips are also organized for, among other things. a. Hua Hin.
If you want to go to Hua Hin, you can take a train, bus or taxi. (The train trip costs about 5 SEK / person!).

Kho Samui, Kho Talu, Kho Tao

We have good contacts with Thai people who help with transfers to and from Bangkok, we are happy to help you book so that a taxi is waiting for you at the airport (the 32 miles costs about 1000 SEK!)
