Finca in the south of Mallorca, very close to the Es Trenc Natural Park and the famous virgin beach of the same name.
It has two double bedrooms, each with bathroom and air conditioning. In the old mill building there is another room with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living / dining room with views of the outside terrace (surrounded by fruit trees) and the pool (7x3,5m.), Where you can see stunning sunsets.
The situation of Molí Roig des Trenc is privileged, 5 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from the airport, but at the same time allows you to enjoy a stay with great tranquility and privacy.

Great place in the country

We had a great trip to Mallorca! This was a great place to stay. You do have to carry your garbage waste into town and the bedding is minimal which was fine for us since the weather was still warm. The hosts were excellent and great communicators!

Das Haus hält was das Angebot verspricht. Liebevolle Anlage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Der alte Gebäudeteil mit dem wunderschönen Windrad sorgt für ein besonderes Flair. Die Betten waren gemütlich, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Gute Lage

Die Mühle ist schön und fûr 4 Personen gut nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr gut per Telefon möglich. Man benötigt ein Auto, aber die Lage ist gut. Man kann sowohl den Ort als auch den Strand schnell erreichen. Der Außenbereich, der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Innen allerdings ist die Einrichtung älter, es ist etwas muffig und schmuddelig. Die Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche haben Flecken, so dass ich alles gewaschen und teils neu gekauft habe. Vielleicht bin ich sehr empfindlich, aber falls sie das auch sind bitten sie vorab besonders darum.

perfekter Urlaub

Die Finca ist einbisschen ausserhalb von Campos gelegen und deshalb sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto sind die Supermärkte von Campos aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Finca ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist neuwertig und auch die restlichen Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren für uns die Highlights, da wir eigentlich immer unsere Zeit draussen verbracht haben. Ausserdem ist Campos auch sehr zentral gelegen und für Ausflüge ideal. Wir würden jederzeit diese Finca wieder für unseren Urlaub mieten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Damià er ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Es war beruhigend zu wissen, dass er jederzeit für uns da war. Wir wünschen Laura und Damià in diesen schwierigen Zeiten alles Gute und senden herzliche Grüsse von der Schweiz ins wunderschöne Mallorca !!

Gorgeous house and wonderful hosts

We stayed for a week with our two children. The property is perfect for a family or group of friends. It is very clean and homely, and the hosts are so helpful and friendly. Really recommend taking a trip with them on their speedboat! We plan to return as soon as possible.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir sind froh, dass wir dieses Haus gemietet haben. Es ist so wie von den Besitzern beschrieben und fotografiert wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich noch zwei weitere Häuser. Ab und an bellt mal kurz ein Hund oder man hört die Hühner vom Nachbargrundstück. Wir durften schon um 11 Uhr einchecken. Damia, der Hausherr, ist sehr flexibel gewesen. Damia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Es hat ein Fön im Haus gefehlt, den er wenige Stunden zum Haus Die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte einem Tag nach unserer Rückkehr. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich bei Damia.

Beautiful villa, great welcome, good location

We rented the villa for 5 nights in a group of friends. The villa is in a great status, modern and furnished with taste. The swimming could have been a bit bigger but the location of the property is close by several beaches and we spent most of the days at the beach. Great owners, very kind, always available and we had a great stay.

Why they chose this property

The Villa is located in the south of Mallorca between the towns of Campos and Colonia de Sant Jord, only five minutes from the beach of Es Trenc, considered a protected area, which has fine white sand and crystal clear waters. For sports fans, you will find several hiking and biking trails. However, on the beautiful beaches of the area you can snorkel and discover the Balearic marine fauna. Do not forget to visit the Colonia de Sant Jordi where you can rent bicycles, take a boat trip along the coast or take trips to the natural park on the island of Cabrera.

What makes this property unique

Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas. For smaller guests the house has cots and high chairs and a table. The villa is just minutes from beautiful beaches, fresh produce and much more!
