Beautiful semi-detached property located in Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet town in the north of Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday.



There is a wonderful terrace and pool, facing the crystal clear sea, which is only a few meters away. Inside the property, there is a spacious living room with kitchen on the ground floor. There is a large window that leads to the terrace, with wonderful sea views. Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with wonderful sea views. The entire property is decorated in a very contemporary style.



It should be noted that we have high speed fiber optic internet for teleworking (50 MB).



All rooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day.

Location

The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as “Son Real” beach and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.

We had a great stay here. The property has a good layout, is well equiped, spacious, clean and generally nice place to spend time. The view over the sea is beautiful to wake up to especially at sunrise and the private pool is great to cool off in on a hot day. Son Serra de Marina is a lovely peaceful place to be, away from the main tourist hustle and bustle, but has some nice resturants and a few small shops. There is also a nice beach no more than 500m away. Communication with the host is also quick and easy.

We had a very nice stay in Son Serra de Marina at the house of Catalina. The location is perfect 5 mins away from the sea, the house and property is beautiful and the equipment was perfect. When there were any problems the communication with thehosts was perfect and they took care of everything instantly. A very nice place to spend a couple of relaxed days!

Relaxing holidays

his house is wonderful! Easy walking distance to a few good restaurants, amazing views, and quite large bedrooms. The pool area has everything you need, a barbecue for grilling outside, a sturdy sun umbrella, and even a water hose. The entire houseis very modern, clean, and well decorated. The only downside to this house is that the town it is located in is a little isolated. You have to drive to another town (15 mins) to get to a large supermarket and then further to get to some of the popular, historic townstourist hotspots. On the other hand, the town itself is small and quiet - perfect for a relaxing holiday

Beautiful surroundings and central location away from crowds. We stayed in summer so having A/C and the pool was perfect on hot days. A rocky and sandy beach was walking distance. Be aware that there is a fair amount of sea grass in this area but you are able to avoid it in the right sandy beach spot. The management service was very responsive answering questions and would coordinate fixing things (toilet, and out door leaky shower). The place itself was comfortable with firm enough beds and sofas, outdoor dining table, and even a day bed on the upstairs patio. As with any rental, we could have had a few other things in the kitchen. The location was excellent for exploring north to Alcudia and East to Arta. If I did it again, I might consider also staying in Soller to be able to explore the West, because it was about 1.5 hrs drive to get there, but we are able to do it.

The setting of the property with its views out to sea could not have been better and it was a beautiful villa to stay in. It was very easy to relax and we enjoyed the comfortable inside and outside areas with shaded and sunny seating options. Everything was clean and well designed, with a comfortable bed. An issue with one of the shutters was fixed within 24hrs of us reporting it - thank you. We were pleased there was no disruption from the neighbouring construction site mentioned by other reviewers - in September 2024 the works were substantially complete. The only small negatives were the dishwasher not working properly, the outdoor umbrella still not working as reported by another reviewer, and a few basic essentials not being provided which we might have been expected for a property of this high specification (dishwashing cloths, bathroom soap). However we had an excellent and peaceful holiday and would consider returning - thank you very much.

Wir haben diese Wohnung am Strand geliebt... die Lage ist unschlagbar, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, was uns erlaubt hat, die Wellen und das Surfen jeden Tag zu genießen. Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit einen Touch von Luxusfeeling.

Außergewöhnliche Immobilie direkt am Meer. Stilvolles Wohnen im Ferienhaus auf zwei Etagen (zweites WC sogar auf dritter Etage) mit eigenem Pool in Beton & Glasoptik. Für Erwachsene.Leider greift das Salzwasser und somit die Meerluft alle eisenhaltigen Gegenstände an. Aber dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas. Der Pool könnte eine Heizung vertagen für die Reisende außerhalb von Mai bis September.

Wir haben die Woche in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es sieht alles exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern des Inserats. Die Gegend und der unverbaute Blick über das Meer und die Berge ist atemberaubend und wunderschön! 🤩 Es gibt weit und breit keine Hotels dementsprechend ist diese Unterkunft perfekt für Personen geeignet die einfach ihre Ruhe haben möchten und entspannen wollen. Das Haus war bei unsere Ankunft sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Es gibt sowohl in der Küche als auch im sonstigen Inventar alles was das Herz begehrt. Es hat uns persönlich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Internet ist sehr gut und schnell und eignete sich hervorragend zum Online Arbeiten. Wir werden dieses Unterkunft definitiv öfter buchen und können diese nur jeden wärmstens empfehlen.
