Plan your dream holiday in this exclusive townhouse in a fantastic location by the sea. It is perfect for your next holiday!

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet fishing village in the north of Mallorca and very popular with surfers.



The holiday home is situated in first sea line and only a few metres away from the sandy beach. 



The ground floor consists of an en-suite room, a dining room with a kitchen, with a large window opening onto the terrace and the Saltwater swimming pool, which offers amazing views of the sea. Upstairs we find a beautiful bedroom with fabulous sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and the whole island.



The property has private parking.



There is the possibility of renting the Twinhouse next door.

All rooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

Location

The stunning coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas on the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts surf lovers and adventure sports enthusiasts. It is a small fishing village with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a town library. The nearby beach, about 400 metres long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline water. Within walking distance you will find other natural beaches such as the beach “Son Real” and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking for relaxation.

Great stay overall! Highly recommend! We stayed a week over New Year's and we were looking for a peaceful place to unwind - We found that 100%! The place is exactly like described and the pictures match perfectly. Within a 30 minute car ride you can get to any city in the north of Mallorca.

The location is spectacular right at the sea, fantastic view, beautiful surroundings. There is a very nice beach at walking distance and there are lots of nice hiking trails in the area. No big hotels. A good restaurant is right next to the house. The house is modern, exactly like in the pictures! We spent spectacular Xmas vacations with the family at Tamarells! The communication with the owner and the person in charge was super friendly, attentive and very responsive. We got a nice bottle of Wine as welcome gift. Everything perfect! We would definitively come back!

Beautiful house

The house is really beautiful with amazing view to the beach. There was pretty strong sewer-like smell when we came. Apparently coming from the windy sea. When the weather became sunny the smell was gone too. Noteable is: the house is not directlyon a beach where you can easily swim, there isn’t too many restaurantssupermarkets near by and downstairs bedroom had quite high humidity. We had a car and enjoyed our stay a lot making day trips to hiking trails, other cities and sights. Host was excellent and communication easy. Would recommend this apartment to others!

Die Unterkunft an für sich die Zimmer und die Lage sind wirklich top!

Die einzige Sache, die ich negativ hier bewerten muss, ist einmal das WLAN das geht nicht richtig Im Wohnzimmer kann man es benutzen aber sobald man nach oben ins Schlafzimmer geht, ist das WLAN weg. Und das zweite Problem die duschen sowohl oben als auch unten brauchen eine wirklich lange Zeit oben warm zu werden. Und wenn sie dann warm sind, kommt dann nur lauwarmes Wasser raus egal wie heiß man das dreht und nach einer Zeit geht es wieder kalt. Aber wie gesagt, ansonsten ist es wirklich top Lage, Zimmer etc.

Urlaub - wie man es sich wünscht…

Wir haben uns erneut für das Haus entschieden und wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht. Ankommen, auspacken und der Urlaub beginnt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen und für uns ist der Ort die perfekte Umgebung um abzuschalten. Abseits der großen Menschenmassen und tollen kulinarischen Restaurants, fühlen wir uns sehr wohl. Sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alle erforderlichen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Lediglich die Betten benötigen dringend eine Erneuerung, da die Matratzen bereits in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Es war wunderschön! Das Haus ist eine doppelhaushälfte, Innen sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt direkt am Meer. Die Fotos geben es tatsächlich so wieder wie es ist, wunderschöner Meerblick und man kann jeden Tag das Wellenrauschen hören! Neben dem Haus liegt ein Restaurant, in das man gleich essen gehen kann-essen war sehr gut! Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Woche ging wie im Flug vorbei. Top moderne und schöne Einrichtung. Einfacher Check-in. Ruhige Gegend, dennoch genügend Restaurants, die leicht zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern - eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Gefehlt hat es uns eigentlich an nichts, ausser den Basics wie Handseife, Putzlappen, Schwamm, genügend WC-Rollen. Das haben wir dann alles selbst gekauft. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen und vermissen die verbrachte Zeit schon jetzt.
