1️⃣ APARTMENT:
Original ceramic tiles line the walls in the common areas, lending a sense of history and local charm. Designed respecting and incorporating the building’s 2 centuries-old history, the apartment provides unforgettable housing for a couple, group of friends, or family with utmost comfort❤️
The living area is stylishly decorated with artistic paintings, burgundy and grey sofas, designer vintage-style lights, and includes remnants of the original structure and character, very tastefully selected and preserved. The two bedrooms have very comfortable double beds, air conditioners, and a timeless simplicity combining two centuries-old wall tiles and quality wooden floors with sumptuous beds and luxury furnishings⭐
There are 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other has a shower - with high designed bath fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end details✨
The bed sizes are 140*200cm (master bedroom), 2 beds 80*200cm (second bedroom), and 70x190cm (⚠️not suitable for an adult).

We sell secure parking for your car, in a covered parking lot at Praça da Figueira (300 meters away from your apartment) for 20€ per 24 hours. 2 street EV chargers⚡ are available at 400 metres.
