You’ll love the cosiness, the views, the location, & great Wifi/4G. We are minutes from a pub/restaurant, Prestwick Airport, Troon Ferry Terminal. Close by you'll find Golf courses, family activities, shopping to Glasgow. We are fully equipped for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).Royal Troon Golf is only 9miles away, perfect location for loads of other championship courses including surrounded by numerous golf courses which include Prestwick Old Course, Dundonald Links, Glasgow Gailes.
The Cottage has secure off road parking, enough for 3 cars and private garden. Walking distance into Kilmarnock town centre in about 30 minutes (approx. 3 miles). Bus routes available to Troon, Ayr, Irvine & Kilmarnock.
Local Pub/Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner just 5 minute walk - Cochrane Inn, Gatehead.
Romac is situated about 10 minute car journey to Glasgow Prestwick Airport.

Very clean and perfect for family

This property is very clean, spacious and cosy. It was comfortable, well furnished and had everything we needed. It is an excellent location between Glasgow and the Ayrshire coast. Would highly recommend this property.

Stay Near Kilmarnock

Lovely cottage, much larger than pictures suggest. It is a little noisy due to the main road outside, but fine once you get used to it. Perfect location for visiting Troon, Prestwick and Ayr.

Lovely stay

The house itself is well equipped, has everything you need and more (especially the kitchen) . The host was lovely and very accommodating with all questions I asked with quick replies. We also got shown round the property when we first arrived to show us where everything is and how things worked. Like other reviews the road outside the property was quite noisy but made no difference to our getaway. The house itself is quite big , plenty of room for 6 adults. I had a young toddler with me and unfortunately no stairgate were able to be provided it wasnt really a problem we worked round it. I would like to recommend maybe some seating for in the garden , especially as we had great weather. There is loads to do round about within an hours drive. Lidl and other supermarkets were just 10minutes away. We got a fabulous Chinese take away also which got delivered through let's eat app. I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks

Lovely house to stay in, the pictures don’t do it justice

This property was a lovely, clean, well maintained house with a beautiful aspect at the rear over countryside. Dionne was very welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay. The only slight downside was the occasional lorry passing at night, but that wasn’t a big issue. The pictures of the house on this site do not do it justice - the rooms were far bigger and more comfortably furnished than we’d anticipated! Thanks for a lovely stay 😊

Das Objekt liegt gut, so dass man schnell überall hinkommt. Aber daher auch an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die ist ziemlich laut. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Das Haus ist auf exakt 4 Personen ausgelegt. Mann kann direkt am Haus parken. Alles in allem Gut.
