Casa Alessia is a charming panoramic villa that forms part of the Casa Giorgia complex, while offering its own private entrance and complete independence. Located in the heart of Praiano, it features sea views, elegant coastal-style interiors, and comfortable outdoor spaces. With 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa is ideal for families and groups. Just 50 steps from the main road, it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, cafés, and public transport.



ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Casa Alessia is spread over two levels and is part of a larger property known as Casa Giorgia, though it enjoys its own private and independent entrance.



FIRST FLOOR

• Large terrace with lounge chairs and an outside dining table

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 10 people

• Large living room with sofa bed (bed size 160x190)

• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190) with access to the main terrace

• 2 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom (one of the bathrooms has a bathtub)

• 1 toilet

• 1 laundry room



SECOND FLOOR (accessible from the first floor, using about 15 private external steps)

• Large terrace with deck chairs, dining table and barbecue

• Living room with sofa, fireplace and dining table

• Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine

• 1 double room with sea view (bed size 160x190),

• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (bed size 190x90) - sea view, with private bathroom

• 1 bathroom (outside the bedrooms) with large shower

Casa Alessia is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to services and coastal attractions:

• Grocery store (Tutto per Tutti), just few minutes’ walk downhill

• Main beach - Marina di Praia - reachable via scenic walks or local transport (20min walk downhill)

• Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk downhill

• Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 200 MT walk downhill



Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs.



ACCESS AND PARKING

Casa Alessia is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot via a scenic path with around 60 steps. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues.



Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out.

• Private paid parking available on request at approximately 100 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season).

• Public paid parking available at approximately 200 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces.



GETTING AROUND

Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Alessia allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car.



• Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues.

• Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 200 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season.

• Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended.

• On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking.

• Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads.
