WELCOME TO THE ALBIZZI FAMILY

For your holidays, you will stay in our very pleasant and nicely decorated duplex apartment BIRDIE with its veranda. It is located only 500 m from the main beach of XXL size and fine sand, in a beautiful luxury residence with swimming pool and large landscaped garden which allows direct access to the largest golf course of Moliets.

OUR BIRDIE DUPLEX APARTMENT (Furnished ref. Town Hall: FR6BMXCX)
In an atmosphere with the warm colours of the sunny beach and the cool ocean, our apartment will bring you all its comfort for your holiday stay.
On the first level: the living room is very pleasant and bright with a large bay window that gives access to the south-facing balcony, furnished for your moments of relaxation. The view is plunging and unobstructed over the wooded and flowered park, the swimming pool, up to the golf course and the forest.
A functional and very well equipped American kitchen with the complete comfort of appliances, a large dining table and storage space will be conducive to convivial moments around meals.
A bedroom with a double bed with marine décor, bunk beds in an alcove for 2 children or young teenagers and a bathroom with toilet.
On the second level, via the staircase which has barriers at the top and bottom for the safety of the little ones, you access, on the mezzanine, the well-appointed living room which has a queen size sofa bed. Beyond that, a second large bedroom with a double bed with an ocean bottom décor awaits you.
Sheets, pillows, blankets and light duvets are provided.

In the apartment there are many useful, playful facilities for the beach, leisure and for the comfort of the whole family.

Fibre box with free internet access, sheets, deckchairs, parasol with UV protection, large beach mat, mats with backrests, beach bags, beach bucket with accessories, children's "puddle jumper" buoy, beach ball rackets, backpack equipped for picnics, market trolley for shopping, safety deposit box for your valuables, DVD films, shows, cartoons, 80s CDs, jazz, classical music, novels, children's books, riddles, jokes, card games, poker but also HD TV, DVD player, CD radio, fan, hob, oven, microwave, electric filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, teapot, toaster, fridge freezer, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer...

Options possible on order and to choose from: shower towels (1 large and 1 small €10 per person), baby kit (high chair, travel cot with mattress, bathtub €30), cleaning after departure (€60).

THE SITUATION
On the 2nd and last floor, our duplex apartment will also allow you to take advantage of the assets of the residence: secure swimming pool with whirlpool, large landscaped garden, volleyball court, parking and access to a large lockable common room for the safety of bicycles for example.
For your parking, a numbered parking space is allocated to our apartment. If you wish, you can spend a car-free stay. Everything is within walking distance.
From there, you can walk, and at will, to the supervised beach, shops, boutiques, restaurants, golf course or the pine and cork oak forest.

MOLIETS AND MAÂ / MOLIETS BEACH
If you don't know Moliets, it is a village with a pediment, typical of the southern Landes coast which extends to the ocean.
Moliets allows you to recharge your batteries in a soothing environment with its huge beach and its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France that offers an oceanfront without buildings and stretches as far as the eye can see. The main beach is 1km500 long and is part of the longest beach in Europe (106 kms). Along the dune and the beach, you will find the links of one of the courses of its famous international golf course bordered by hundred-year-old trees.
Moliets offers festive entertainment, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a wide range of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes... and magnificent sunsets!
