Cozy 50 m2 studio located almost on the edge of the cliff in a small and very quiet private urbanization with views of the sea and Mount Teide. Light and well equipped. It offers one of the best views in Tenerife. From its terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Teide, you can enjoy an impressive sunset. Sometimes you can even see the silhouette of the island of La Palma.
THE HOUSE: -Internet connection by WIFI. -Full kitchen equipped with vitro-ceramic, small oven, fridge-freezer, bread toaster, various Dolcegusto type coffee machines (capsules not included), classic Italian and American type, kettle, juicer, etc. Kitchenware sufficient to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils. -Terrace with magnificent views of the sea and Mount Teide, 2 sun beds, table and chairs. -Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with sofa bed for extra guests, 32 ”TV connected to satellite dish to watch televisions in your country, laptop PC to connect to the internet, download movies, etc., DVD, etc.
-Separate bedroom from the living room with wardrobe, bedside table, reading lamps. -Travel cot available on request (confirm availability).
-Full bathroom with washing machine. Towels, sheets, etc. sufficient for all guests.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people but has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 other guests.
We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information in brochures. You can clean the house during your stay, ordering it in advance and it will be paid for with an extra charge. Possibility of renting a bicycle and GPS at a reasonable price.
THE COMMON AREAS: -1 heated pool (November 1-May 15. Approximately 22ºC) with perfect orientation and therefore sunny during practically all day (if the weather allows it). -Public space for parking. If you are going to have a vehicle (recommended) there is enough outdoor space for parking.
ATTENTION TO THE GUEST: During their stay guests will have me at their disposal for any need, query or question that may arise. Not only about housing, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, customs, popular festivals, culture, etc. We personally attend guests upon arrival. We offer pick up service at the airport or bus station.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The accommodation is in a small and very quiet private urbanization in Victoria de Acentejo. The urbanization is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by an undeveloped landscape and located directly and exclusively on the cliffs that belong to the Protected Natural Area of Costa de Acentejo. Just a short drive from the highway, the development is strategically located to explore the island. The North airport and La Laguna are about 15 minutes, beaches 10-15 minutes, Puerto de la Cruz 12 minutes and Santa Cruz 25 minutes. Nearby, about 3-5 minutes, it has all the services necessary for daily life such as a supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants, gas station, cafeteria, bars, shops, etc.
La Victoria de Acentejo is located in a landscape of lush vegetation. It still preserves an original style, with its houses, lifestyle and gastronomy of the Canary Islands, so you can enjoy the experience of daily life in the Canary Islands. The municipality has a privileged location on the beautiful north coast of Tenerife. Excellent wines are cultivated and produced on the mountain slopes. It is also one of the areas with the highest concentration of "Guanchinches" (typical and simple restaurants with Canarian food). On the other hand, the place is quite far from both the clouds that mount in the Teide in the west in the afternoon and the Anaga mountains in the east. That is why La Victoria de Acentejo is located in the heart of the sunniest area in the North.
It is located away from the main tourist destinations on the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest on the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, since it is located in a strategic area, relatively close to the capital and highway links to the south of the island.
Every Saturday and Sunday there is a market for agricultural products where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly from the producers.
Car is recommended. The bus stop is 1.7 km away. To better discover the island, it is recommended to rent a vehicle, although most places of interest can also be accessed by bus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. L'endroit est calme, bien situé et la vue est magnifique. La piscine est très bien. Rafael est très gentil et à notre écoute si besoin. Le logement est très bien équipé.
Wir hatten in der sehr gepflegten, gut eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr schöne 5 1/2 Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in der sehr schönen und ruhigen "Siedlung La Palmita" an der Kante zu den Meeresklippen mit einem traumhaften Blick über den Atlantik und seitlich zum Teide. - und trotzdem sehr zentral mit kurzem Weg zur TF 5. Die Wohnung ist auch technisch hervorragend ausgestattet (SAT-TV, WLan, Notebook, alle notwendigen Küchengeräte, Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher, Fön, Bügeleisen, Terrassenmöbel etc.) und alles funktioniert ohne Einschränkungen. Der Vermieter - Rafa - kümmert sich persönlich um seine Wohnung - und das merkt man! Rafa steht auch mit vielseitigen Informationen und Tipps immer zur Seite. Er ist z.B. über "WhatsApp" sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung für einen schönen
Urlaub in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.

Io e mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni alla Victoria de Acentejo, credo sia stato il nostro viaggio più bello e siamo intenti nel ritornare qui in Tenerife, bellissima casa piccola ma accogliente e completa di tutto l'unica peca è che essendo a nord il clima è freddo ma siamo stati comunque benissimo... Grazie di tutto homeaway e grazie di tutto Rafael... A presto!

Perfekter Osterurlaub auf Teneriffa
Zunächst möchte ich die freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Raffa erwähnen, bereits im Vorfeld und auch während des Urlaub immer erreichbar und ging auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche ein. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Urbanisation, mit dem Mietwagen ist man in zwei Minuten in Santa Ursula und in 10 Min in Puerto de la Cruz. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht allen in der Beschreibung gemachten Angaben. Den großen Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir fast immer für uns.
Für zwei Personen der perfekte Standort um Strand- und Wanderurlaub zu verbinden. Vielen Dank an Raffa, dass wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen durften.

Appartement in sehr guter Lage
Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche aufkommen. In der Küche sind Pfannen, Töpfe und sonstige Kochutensilien ausreichen vorhanden. Das Zwei-Platten Ceran Kochfeld funktioniert sehr gut. Die Versorgung mit warmem Wasser über einen elektrisch betriebenen Speicher im Bad ist tadellos, schnell und efizient. Die geschickte Raumaufteilung und die großzügigen Fensterflächen bewirken ein großzügiges Wohngefühl. Die Terasse mit Meerblick ist groß und mit zwei Liegen gut ausgestattet. Für die Abschattung ist eine Markiese mit Handkurbel vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Decken und Handtücher sind von guter Qualität ausreichen vorhanden. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern stilvoll. Das TV bietet alle deitschen Sender über Scart, verfügt aber auch über diverse HDMI Eingänge. WLAN funktioniert in der Spitze bis 25000, im Mittel mit 7000, also für Streaming ausreichend. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist beispielhaft.
