Large, bright and airy family friendly flat

Light, bright and airy 3 bedroom flat located just a few minutes walk from the Meadows. Having only been refurbished last year there is a modern fitted kitchen with an entrance from the hallway and double doors opening up into the living room.A great victorian property with original cornicing and large sash and case windows. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement.

The living room offers comfortable seating with dining for 6 in the bay window.

The kitchen can be opened from the living room by the double door or access by the hallway.

The bedrooms are large and bright with blackout blinds provided on all windows.

Bedroom 1 is set as a twin room, great for the kids! There is a large wardrobe with drawers, a feature fireplace and Edinburgh Press.

Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom, with a large double bed and a private ensuite toilet as well as a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, feature fireplace and vanity/desk.

Wifi is available throughout the flat.

Un appartement très confortable au coeur d'Edinbourg

Logement spacieux, lumineux et confortable. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Très propre, quartier agréable et calme. seul point faible : parking payant extérieur (nous avons cherché à stationner le véhicule plus loin hors zone payante mais malheureusement, la mauvaise signalétique de la ville nous a induits en erreur - bilan, 2 amendes à payer ! Nous recommandons donc de bien se renseigner sur le stationnement avant de laisser son véhicule.

Lovely location in a charming apartment

A well located apartment in Marchmont. Twenty minute walk to the Royal Mile, with grocery stores, pubs and take-always all conveniently located within steps of the front door. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, the kitchen well-equipped and was just up a single flight of stairs so moving our luggage was simple. We would definitely stay here again.
