Large house with space for two families in a stunning farmhouse

This is a large family-friendly holiday home with space for many. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace, another living room and a bedroom. On the ground floor there is also a toilet, shower and an electric sauna. At the back of the house there is a secluded patio.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large living room, a toilet with shower and a balcony.

Lake Sommen lies approx. 500 meters from the house. As a tenant you have access to a large dock and the boat belonging to your holiday home. The wood-burning sauna right next to the lake can be used by everyone by agreement.

In the yard there is a football field and you can also rent bikes.

Sheets and towels can be rented.
Cleaning is not included.

Ausgezeichnetes GroßzĂŒgiges Haus mit gute Aufteilung der Zimmer.

Eingebettet in schönster Umgebung

Wir haben die Woche mit 2 Familien sehr genossen. Der See ist fußlĂ€ufig auch mit Kindern gut zu erreichen und auch kleine Kinder konnten dort gut ins Wasser. Das GrundstĂŒck und die Nachbarschaft sind sehr idyllisch und die Gastgeber sehr nett! einziger Minuspunkt: im Erdgeschoss gibt es kein Sofa, sondern in 3 RĂ€umen Esstische.

Schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Gegend

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes und deshalb sehr ruhig. Es gibt auf dem Anwesen mehrere kleine HĂ€user, welche teilweise bewohnt sind. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt ebenfalls in einem Haus auf dem Anwesen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gepflegt. Rundherum gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft einige KĂŒhe, Schafe und Pferde, von denen jedoch nichts zu hören war. Auf der Veranda steht außerdem ein Holzkohlegrill zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Schwimm- und Bootsanlegestelle am See (ca. 250m entfernt) ist toll. Das Ruderboot kann gut zu viert benutzt werden. Das ganze Haus ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet. Der Zustand ist gut und erfĂŒllt die Erwartungen, da das Haus schon etwas Ă€lteren Baujahres ist. Im Inneren trifft man natĂŒrlich, wie in der Natur zu erwarten, mal auf das ein oder andere Krabbeltierchen. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und stehen bei Fragen gerne zur VerfĂŒgung. Die nĂ€chsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort TranĂ„s sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Haus entfern und haben jeden Tag geöffnet. Zu Beachten ist, dass die Endreinigung entweder per Eigenleistung erbracht werden muss, oder hier noch einmal extra GebĂŒhren anfallen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, der uns viel Freude gemacht hat.

Charming old farmhouse

A charming old farmhouse with garden in a nice location on a hilltop close to the lake. But it looked it was not cleaned in years despite the availability of cleaning products. We left the house in a better state than we found it.

Vi var tvÄ familjer med fem barn mellan 3 och 7 Är. Det vackra huset gav fina möjligheter till gemensamma aktiviteter sÄ vÀl som egen ÄterhÀmtning i lugn och ro. Luftkonditioneringen var underbar lyx nÀr det var 30 grader varmt. Omgivningarna var idylliska och vi fyllde dagarna med lek, bad, bÀrplockning, och besök i fÄrhagen och stallet. TranÄs ligger mindre Àn tio minuter bort med bil sÄ det var vÀldigt smidigt att handla mat och annat vid behov. Vi hade kontakt med uthyraren vid ett par tillfÀllen och det var trevligt och smidigt. Rekommenderas varmt.

Große Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Dank der guten Lage kann man hier richtig viel unternehmen. GrÀnna, Visingsö, Torpön, ... Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben fehlende Sachen direkt vorbeigebracht.

Haus und Lage top. Sauberkeit und Informationen haben Verbesserungspotential.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern von 1-3 Jahren und 1 Woche im Juni im Haus. Pro: - Haus ist schön, recht gut ausgestattet und gross. Super fĂŒr 2 Familien. - Lage ist wunderschön, idyllische Natur und sehr ruhig. - KĂŒhe, Pferde und Schafe - schöner See - Tranas gut fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe und auch um Essen zu gehen. - Vermieterin hatte fĂŒr die Kinder netter Weise noch Spielezeug und Töpfchen organisiert. - Kinderbetten und -stĂŒhle sind vorhanden. - BĂŒcher / KinderbĂŒcher im Haus. - Ausflugsziele (Elchpark, Eksjö, GrĂ€na,..) in der NĂ€he. Kontra: - Sauberkeit lies leider zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. BĂ€der und KĂŒche nicht gut geputzt. Schmutzige HandtĂŒcher in BĂ€dern und in der Waschmaschine. GeschirrspĂŒler nicht ausgerĂ€umt. Kaffeemaschine unsauber. - Projektbeschreibung ist unvollstĂ€ndig und sollte dringend ergĂ€nzt werden. Bei unserer Ankunft waren weder BettwĂ€sche noch HandtĂŒcher da. WC Papier nur spĂ€rlich. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir informiert dass BettwĂ€sche fĂŒr 200 kr/Person und HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 50 kr/ Person zu mieten wĂ€ren. Toilettenpapier sei selbst zu organisieren und auch die Endreinigung mĂŒssten wir selber machen. Dazu hatten wir vorab keine Info und bei dem Mietpreis sollte das inkludiert sein. Wir haben dann mit der Vermieterin gesprochen und nach einiger Diskussion hat sie von den Forderungen Abstand genommen. - Einige Informationen zum Haus (Klimaanlage, MĂŒllentsorgung, ...) und der Umgebung (Boot, See, Events, Ausflugsziele, Notfallnummern,...) beim Check-in wĂ€ren gut. Persönlich oder Schriftlich ganz egal. - Liegen im Garten oder am See wĂ€ren noch eine tolle ErgĂ€nzung der Ausstattung.
