The building has several entrances and lift making it easily accessible to disabled people. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, and offers guests a heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, sauna, playground, squash, table tennis, gym, etc. The accommodation has bicycles for free use by guests. The condominium has video surveillance in the common areas and caretaker 24h.
