The villa is located in the midst of the unspoiled nature of the Ragusa countryside, a few steps from the natural park of Calaforno where a prehistoric hypogeum insists. Ideal for families with children, the villa offers an exclusive swimming pool with over 1000 square meters of lawn and 200 olive and almond trees. The villa is ideally located for daily visits to magnificent locations: Syracuse, Agrigento, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Taormina Etna, the places of Commissioner Montalbano. At 35 minutes from the Iblea coast Marina di Ragusa, Punta dry, Donnalucata, Scoglitti. 45 minutes from Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi. The villa can accommodate up to six people. Recommended to arrive at Comiso (35 minutes) or Catania (70 min.) Airports. The small village of GIARRATANA 1.5 km away is very characteristic and here you will find everything you need: supermarket, bank, post office, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
