The villa is a starting point for excursions to the cities of Monreale, Palermo, Bagheria, Cefalù, Agrigento Etc. Recommended to have a car.

Sehr sauber, viel Platz und nette Vermieter

Das Haus war schön geräumig und sehr sauber geführt. Die Küche war allerdings nicht gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, allerdings fehlte es an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Der Strand war auch weiter als gedacht entfernt. Dafür gabs einen kleinen Pool am Grundstück.

La signora Utente insieme ai suoi amici è stata puntuale all'arrivo, discreti nei loro movimenti ed hanno lasciato tutto in ordine. Buon proseguimento di vacanza.

"Accueil très chaleureux ...

"Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires qui sont incroyablement gentils, (Monsieur nous demandera une plus value de 100€ à l''arrivée car nous sommes 1 de plus par rapport au nombre maximale autorisé par l''annonce un bébé de 15 mois que nous n''avions pas signalé). l''appartement est propre, très fonctionnel, cependant l''accès est très difficile, mieux vaut posséder une voiture d''usage car la route est jonchée de troncs et autres feuillages qui n''ont pas manqué d''abimer la peinture neuve de notre véhicule, de plus la route est "raide" montée pour l''accès et descente vertigineuse pour rejoindre la nationale (2 voitures ne s''y croisent pas). On notera aussi un environnement très bruyant (les voisins ne sont pas très discrets et ce jusqu''à tard dans la nuit) La climatisation n''est pas disponible a partir de minuit ce qui nous a fait passer des nuits blanches...car même les fenêtres ouvertes les nuits à cette période restent très chaudes. Il n''y a pas assez d''éléments pour cuisiner des plats élaborés. L''appartement bénéficie d''un solarium splendide avec vue sur la mer. Nous recommandons cette location aux personnes désireuses de passer des vacances sans avoir trop besoin de visiter et donc d''utiliser leur véhicule. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses qui resteront un souvenir inoubliable, merci à M et Mme M.pour leur disponibilité."

"Siamo stati qualche giorno in questa bella villa sulle colline sopra il mare di Altavilla Milicia. L''appartamento Girasole é davvero molto bello, spazioso e ben equipaggiato. Il terrazzo é da 10 e lode! I proprietari sono persone davvero molto gentili e discrete."
