Modern house with pool and 13,000 m2 of land around with stunning views of the natural park in Tejeda and very close to the town, Holiday Home registered in the General Tourist Registry.
The accommodation is an old cowshed restored for living. It has two bedrooms with bathroom each, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, a large terrace on the façade, and a private pool, with spectacular views of Tejeda and its Roques, Roque Bentayga and Roque Nublo, in the center of La Isla de Gran Canaria.
Located on a private property of 13,000 m2, near the town, about 200 meters, and adjacent to the Health Center.

The place to be !

It was a very nice sejourn for two weeks. The house and the swimming pool are pleasure. The location is very quiet and the landscape is wonderful. Special thanks to the owners for their advises, availability and reactivities. You can go there with your eyes closed!

A great place to stay….

A fantastic house with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. A really great location for walking and hiking and relaxing, away from the crowds on the coast. Tejeda is idillic and very picturesque and has great restaurants when you don’t want to cook lunch or dinner. (More than we expected for a smaller location) When you do want to cook there is a local spar in the village which has everything you need. Hot tip, if you arrive late on a Sunday when the supermarkets are closed, the airport terminal near to the the car rental has a spar too, so you can stock up of a few basics to keep you going) We stayed in a sunny late March when it was warm enough to sit outside and go in the pool. The house itself is bright, tasteful and modern with some great art on the walls, (to our taste), and creative interior design elements that made it unique. The panoramic window in the lounge/dining room has a spectacular view of the village and allows you to view the change changing light, cloud and weather from the comfort of the sofa. You’ll need a car. Recommend a small or midsize automatic for ease of driving round the mountains. Don’t get a large car as the roads are narrow in some places. If you love hiking and big landscapes, stargazing and/or photography and just want to step down a gear in pace of life for a few days this is the perfect place to be based. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of wildlife and birds to see. Thoroughly recommended…

Eine Traum-Location

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche (FEB-24) im Haus von Elisa & Javier verbracht. Alles hat von unserer Anreise bis Abreise einwandfrei und bestens geklappt. Das Haus liegt in der Berggend, weit ab von Lärm und Rummel. Die Lage fanden wir Outstanding, weil u.a. keine Nachbarn an das enorme Grundstück angrenzen. Als weiteren Vorteil haben wir die Lage des Hauses erachtet, welches zentral auf der Insel Gran Canaria gelegen ist. So konnten wir sternfrömig, in alle Himmels-richtungen, unsere Erkundungstouren starten. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Javier hat immer schnell und einwandfrei funktioniert. Alles in allem eine Traum-Location an einem wunderbaren Ort. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen, Besonders beeindruckend war die grandiose Aussicht von der großen Terrasse. Auch haben wir den sonnengeheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Das Ferienhaus selbst, hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte bei Fragen schnell helfen. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Lage ist hervorragend und Tejeda sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Wir haben alle Informationen bekommen die man brauchte. Wirklich alles top.

Super Unterkunft für einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli 2022 zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei den An- und Abreisezeiten war er sehr flexibel, was sehr praktisch für uns war. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern auf der Homepage. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat von morgens bis abends Sonne auf der Terrasse und am Pool. Ein Traum. Drinnen bleibt es dank der Klimaanlage relative kühl. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig, super zum Abschalten. Trotzdem kommt man fußläufig (Bergauf) gut in das Zentrum von Tejeda, wo man einen kleinen Supermarkt, und diverse Restaurant findet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Routen, die direkt hier starten. Und mit dem Auto kommt man zu vielen weiteren tollen Orten innerhalb von 15 bis 45 Minuten. Was uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, sind die in die Schlafzimmer offen integrierten Badezimmer mit Holzfußboden in der Dusche. Aber auch das ist vorher auf den Bildern zu sehen. Insofern kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt für uns. (Die Toiletten sind separat mit extra Tür.) Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden sie selber auch wieder mieten, wenn wir in den gleichen Ort reisen würden.

The house is in a truly stunning location. The house is well equipped and, despite the chilly February weather, the picture window allowed us to enjoy the vistas from the warm interior. The garden, pool and deck are pleasant places to enjoy the views.

Excellent location in the center of Gran Canaria

Beautiful modern house, close to the village, but isolated and very quiet. Perfect starting point for several hikes nearby and all other areas within easy reach. Weather-wise on the proper side of the island. Nice and easy communication with the host and quick help with small problems.

You are in the most beautiful region of Gran Canaria. From the terace of the house you are in front of the beautiful little town Tejeda, on the left Roque Nublo, on the right Roque Bentayga. The house is very clean and very well equiped. Thank you Javier and Elisa for you very kind and quick suggestions and tips. We enjoyed our two weeks at the finca.

Wunderschön

Ein tolles Haus in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich freundlich um alle Belange. Wer Ruhe sucht und ein herrliches Bergdorf kennenlernen möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Eine schöne Finca in den Bergen

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Die Außenanlagen sind mit Liegen und Sitzgruppe ausgestattet, so wie es beschrieben ist. Parkplatz für 2 Autos stehen direkt vor dem Anwesen zur Verfügung. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig tricky!. Was bei der erste Anfahrt ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass man in eine durchfahrtsverbotene Straße einbiegen muss. Nicht von jeglichen Schildern irritieren lassen. Die Wegbeschreibung ist 100%ig ok. Man muss beachten, dass im Frühjahr ( März / April ) aufgrund der 1000 Höhenmeter, die Temperaturen noch sehr frisch sind ( Nachts 8-10 / Tags 14-16 Grad Celsius). Da war der Pool deutlich wärmer als die Luft. Auf den defekten Toaster wurde sofort reagiert, wir hatten 2 Tage später einen Neuen. Den Ortskern Tejeda erreicht man fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten. Tejeda selbst ist ein wunderschöner, gepflegter Ort in den Bergen. Ein Besuch in der Dulceria ist ein Muss. Die Info das dort Touristenpreise aufgerufen werden ist nicht richtig. Jedes Kuchenstück 1,00 € und echt lecker. Tejeda ist auf jeden Fall ein super Startpunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen. Vermieterkontakt erfolgte ausschließlich über SMS.

Heerlijk huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een verwarmd zwembad en uitstekend werkende wifi. Prachtige omgeving voor lange mooie wandelingen. Kortom genoten!
