Great place to stay with great service

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The area is centrally located on the island so it was easy to explore other areas for the day and come back. Beautiful view with an amazing patio area for the pool. We had 10 people and all were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Marko was very helpful every step of the way and answered all of our questions almost immediately. He also set up all of our ferry rides which was extremely helpful. We hired a chef to come in one night to cook a delicious dinner for us per Markos’ request. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious modern villa with nice views

Lovely modern, open plan villa with large pool. Lots of outdoor space. Large TV which kids enjoyed playing consules on. Furniture & fittings fairly basic. Still needs landscaping. Hosts very helpful. Had problem with toilet & they arranged a plumber to visit same day. Would recommend villa.

Wonderful Stay

Eva Villas EAST is a lovely spacious villa with generously sized rooms that allow for privacy as well as gathering with your travel mates. The interior is basically and simply appointed with all the necessities - nothing extraordinary but sufficient to make your stay comfortable. Keeping in mind that it is a rental property- I didnt expect everything to be in top notch condition - there are some minor things that need attention- front door handle on the inside comes off when you use it - the first floor shower hardware and curtain are lackluster and appear to be a temporary fix - but it is functional and adequate. The first floor bathroom is in need of a hairdryer as the 2nd floor bathroom has one that is permanently attached to the wall and cannot be used elsewhere - that is inconvenient when you have multiple adults trying to shower etc Because we had a large group with different agendas- a second set of keys would have been helpful . The view is SPECTACULAR and the pool is lovely. Outdoor space has lots of seating areas for sun or shade. The market umbrella howe ver seems to be broken so we didn't attempt to use it. The host Markos was extremely easy to communicate with and was very helpful in setting up airport transfers and rental cars. Both were wonderful and truly appreciated. He was very quick to address 2 minor issues during our 13 day stay. Overall it was wonderful !

Excellent séjour à Gerani

La villa est très agréable en hauteur par rapport au village de Gerani. Propre, spacieuse bien équipée. Il s'agit d'un groupe de 2 villas très bien séparées l'une de l'autre. un portail électrique commun sécurise l'ensemble. Villa idéale pour ceux qui veulent rester en retrait. Excellent accueil

magnifique vue et grand confort

Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette récente maison décorée avec excellent goût et qui dispose de toutes les commodités avec une très belle piscine. De plus, la vue est magnifique sur la mer.

Beautiful villa up in the hills of rethymno

Great villa about 15 min up into the hills from rethymno. New nicely appointed space with a great outdoor pool area. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. Always available and very friendly. I want to give the villa a 4.5 but it isn't an option.
