Villa Jessica is a beautifully presented family villa located in a truly stunning location on a private and gated road 1Km north of the Spanish 'White Village' of Sayalonga on the Costa del Sol. The house is superior as a holiday villa - it is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and is furnished aesthetically and extremely comfortably. Additionally, we have SMART TV with access to all digital TV channels

In a perfect location, Sayalonga is ideally situated, breathtaking views to the sea and mountaines but not too far inland, in fact only a 20 minute drive with no tracks to contend with - tarmac all the way!

The villa offers dramatic views down onto the village and over the myriad of other white villages dotted across the mountains opposite. There is a good view of the sea and it is even possible to see the rock of Gibraltar and as far as North Africa on a clear day.

Ideal for couples or families looking to relax and get away from it all whilst only a short drive away from activities such as the Waterpark at Torre del Mar and the Caves at Nerja.

Excellent area for walking with an abundance of natural park areas, close to beaches and only 25 minutes to the centre of Nerja, a pretty coastal town with several restaurants and good shopping.

There are a good assortment of excellent restaurants locally and in the surrounding villages and the house an assortment of games to ensure children are kept amused.

An outside casita 2nd fridge and BBQ means you can truly live the mediterranean outdoor life with cold drinks and snacks at hand poolside! There is a further upper level terrace with covered and well shaded pergola with cooking facilities, dining and ample chinaware for outside dining along with comfortable seating and beautiful serene ambience. Also on this level is the utility room with washing machine and second dishwasher for servicing this dining and cooking area.

Heerlijke villa, mooie tuin met zwembad

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze villa. We werden enthousiast ontvangen door de gastvrouw. De weg naar de villa is iets steil, maar prima te doen. Het inrijden op de parkeerplaats bij de villa vraagt enige stuurmanschap. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie, nette badkamers en fijne slaapkamers. Alle drie de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van goedwerkende airco’s. Wij hebben wel bijbetaald voor het gebruik van de airco’s en wifi, terwijl dit niet genoemd stond in de advertentie; hou daar dus wel rekening mee. Keuken schoon, fijne kookplaat en 2 koelkasten met voldoende (vries)ruimte. Maar het allermooiste aan deze villa is wel haar buitenruimte. Direct bij de keuken is een overkapping met daaronder 2 zitjes. Fijne meubels om te chillen en te genieten van het uitzicht; en op een andere set spelletjes te spelen of te dineren. De tegels zijn gloednieuw en lopen rondom het huis, en door in het zwembad wat het een mooie luxe uitstraling geeft. Zwembad is heerlijk! Als het later wordt en de zon zakt, komt deze onder de overkapping. Dan is er een derde zitplaats naast het huis waar je dan ook heerlijk kan zitten. Er hangen op 2 locaties beveiligingscamera’s, geen idee of er door de eigenaar op gekeken wordt. Wij hebben er ons niet erg aan gestoord. Verder is er veel privacy rondom het huis. En het uitzicht heel erg mooi op de bergen en bij helder weer ook op de zee. Het contact met de gastvrouw was prima. Ze reageert snel op eventuele vragen. Kortom heerlijk verblijf

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in Villa Jessica! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten genug Platz. Die Klimaanlage und der Pool haben auch die heissen Tage gut erträglich gemacht

Exactly what we needed

We had a three week stay at Villa Jessica as part of a month long trip to Spain. It was exactly what our family needed…a beautiful villa which was stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay with our young family. Lesley was incredible with her communication before and during our holiday. Sayalonga is currently experiencing a severe water shortage and Lesley communicated perfectly what the expectation was for us in terms of using water and checked in periodically to make sure everything was fine. Aside from a very slight exterior smell on the odd day (which we completely expected bearing in mind the drains weren’t free flowing for the entire summer) the water shortage didn’t affect our stay whatsoever! Thank you for accommodating our family. We had an incredible time.

Super Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage!

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Jessica war wirklich perfekt. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts und es wurde auch an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Die Lage und Umgebung etwas außerhalb von Sayalonga ist gigantisch. In der Straße befinden sich noch wenige weitere Häuser von denen man jedoch überhaupt nichts mitbekommt. Am Strand ist man in ca. 15 Minuten. Sehr gute Restaurants sind in 4 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden jedes Mal wiederkommen.
